Empty false promises
Empty, false promises.
They take your money for product they don't have. Won't give refund. They force you to take a replacement product(secretly charging that one at full price). Their 'live' chat hallucinates and ignores your questions (ai or incompetent). Never shop here, there are better sites.
Update: I have given my email, but still no contact. A chargeback seems the only option.
