Affordable luxury styles
I love being able to get affordable luxury frames, however, this is the third time my frames have been loose. Three different styles and the arms of every pair have been stretched(?) too wide and they slip down my nose.

Risposta di SmartBuyGlasses
Hello Megan!
Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback — I’m really glad you’ve been enjoying the affordable luxury frames, but I’m sorry to hear about the recurring issue with the fit and looseness across different styles.
That definitely shouldn’t be happening, especially not consistently across multiple pairs, so I’d like to look into this properly with you.
I’ll be reaching out to you via email so we can go through the details and figure out what’s going on and how we can help improve the fit for you going forward.
Looking forward to speaking with you soon.
Sincerely,
Hannah

Good online glasses buying experience
Pretty standard online buying experience, excellent job on the glasses prescription they're perfect. Fast delivery for something coming from HongKong. Frames are good quality, all lense upgrades seem to be there. Awesome price for transitions lenses. Only caveat would be that there was documentation missing for the rayban cert of authenticity, allegedly there's one for transitions lenses as well. They function well, and as expected so I'm not that worried about the lack of documentation. Just if its specified that it will come with these things they should probably be sent with the product. And thats the reason for the 4/5 star rating

LG
