Made an offer for the TV which was accepted. There was an issue getting the tv but this was sorted which is what a decent seller is all about and the tv shipped to me by a very good courier who tested the tv was working before leaving

Excellent communication. In touch pretty much as soon as order had been confirmed. Personally contacted regarding delivery, courier also called ahead to make sure delivery wasn't missed. Delivered into the house and tested the screen. No 'drop and go'.

Answered query post delivery very quickly also.

I bought a TV. It arrived safely and quickly, the courier unpacked and inspected it, the TV is excellent, communication was reliably excellent and prompt.

Website holds all the latest models , the price was the most competitive on the market I could find . Independent company which is always good to find. Delivery service was great aloud me to alter the initial delivery date and although it wasn’t the quickest , the delivery was on time , drivers unpackaged the TV , switched it on to ensure working.
Unfortunately they don’t assemble to the stand and there were no instructions provided so had to google.

Great company, very fast communication and always ready to answer questions. Product I ordered is just what I needed and will be placing an order for another.
