Me enviasteis el modelo equivocado

Me llegó modelo equivocado. Le solicité el cambio y me enviaron el correcto sin coste adicional y sin devolver el equivocado. Y con mucha prontitud. No se puede pedir más. No conocía esta tienda on line, pero repetiré seguro. Recomiendo cien por cien. No le pongo más estrellas porque no hay.

Si devuelve el producto, le enviaré la versión Zigbee sin cargo adicional.

Poor customer service…

I have called 2 times to order another led remote for my shower that went out within 4 months of installation. Also the thermostat is flashing on and off and then just shuts off. Just wanted to talk to someone to troubleshoot to solve the problem. But I just get the voice mail and no one calls me back. Looking for better service.

Charged me €60 for shipping didn’t…

(Edited from the the first review to direct) Charged me €60 in total for shipping included sent me a random message in danish about renting a property from them? got my order wrong and scammed me as I had to pay €30 to gls AFTER I had Already paid the full price

Thank you for your rating on Google, but I am afraid there has been some misunderstandings here, possibly due to language.

First, English is no problem at all, but as your order was in Spanish, all communications were assumed to be in Spanish. The language options on the site is Spanish, English and Danish.

Second regarding the shipping costs, this is not correct. Indeed shipping to Canary Islands is more expensive, but you were only charged €20, 57 for shipping (as agreed upon ordering and as charged by GLS Shipping). The €60,57 was the total including shipping.

I hope you will edit your rating as a 1 star is very damaging to our normally very good ratings and I think 1 star is kind of unfair, as the reasons are not correct.
