Could not recommend Smalley cross enough, from the moment I walked into the showroom I was greeted and made to feel welcome (offered a drink and if I needed any help), whilst I was browsing there was no pressure or anyone 'lingering' around and when I asked questions they were answered again with no pressure, everything went through smoothly (estimated arrival date, collection date ect) I would definitely recommend and be re using Smalley Cross myself, thanks again

tried to buy a motocycle from these guys.

called multiple times and got no answer or call back,went to the dealership to purchase but nobody approched me or tried to help (i was there for over an hour with the money in my pocket) so i purchased through zuto instead (as i loved the bike)
i was told a week for collection before handing over a deposit. once the money hit their accounts the leadtime went up to 4 weeks as "i wasnt a prioritory for them"when i called to ask if there was anything they could do to help me with reducing that lead time for the used vehicle they did nothing to help and just seemed to want me off the phone, we then conversed via email and still did nothing to help or apologise for the situation. at this point i did not want to go further so i cancelled the purchase with smally cross as their customer service was awful and i did not feel comfortable in their capability to correctly inspect and service the vehicle after the service id recived.

1/10 would not reccomend

Really good friendly staff, they really know their stuff. Great bikes, always presented really well. The Staff answer any questions you may have, with great knowledge of the product. This is my second bike from Smalley and won’t be my last. Great team and great dealership.

Shocking company. I booked a test ride well in advance (and on the back of another bikers experience with this shop), took the day off work, travelled an hour only to find a member of staff had just run an errand on the demo bike! 'He'll be an hour or so, have a coffee'. What, for an hour...or so?. Sort yourselves out, Don't send staff out on the only demo bike you have and keep a diary. Simple steps to good honest business and customer service. Absolute shower!! Give them a wide birth.

Smalley Cross were excellent in fitting a new rear tyre on my Tracer 900GT despite being extremely busy they turned it round in just over a day. Brilliant service. Many Thanks. Highly Recommended.

I can testify it very good as have done all three. No hesitation in letting you have a test ride..and the final bonus is the free hot chocolate is to die for 😀

Great guys. Bought a pre-loved little scooter 3 days ago and it was delivered today. Friendly and knowledgeable. The scooter was one they had sold from new and had maintained for eight years, I felt that they were proud of this support they had given the previous owner so I felt I could buy it now with confidence.

I recently picked up my first bike from them and I must say they was extremely nice, friendly, and helpful throughout the process. I shall be returning to them for all my servicing or repair needs, and will be recommending them to anybody I know that's interested in a learner bike / scooter .

I stopped to help a couple who had lost a wheel from their car; they were a couple of hundred yards from Smalley Cross. One of their ‘people’ walked up the hill and helped despite the fact there would be no gain for themselves. This is a business that deserves success.

I took my Interceptor in today for the brake caliper recall,I chose Smalley Cross,because of the excellent feedback from customers,and I can say it is fully justified,they provided an excellent service,very efficient,and great communication.I will be using them for all my servicing and genuine parts purchases!

I had to take my Royal Enfield Interceptor in for some warranty work due to a recall on the front brakes. These guys were great from the initial communication right through to handing me my keys back after the work was finished. Excellent service and I would definitely recommend them.
