Deceptive and questionable
They have been unable to provide a part for weeks, which they took the money for including shipping. They seem to order from a supplier and reship.. But despite their not having received the part themselves, they refused a refund. This seems to me to border on fraudulent behavior??

Complete morons work here
Complete morons refusing to cancel and refund a 3 week backordered part when their supposed policy clearly states: "You may cancel your order, in whole or in part, only if the part is backordered and it isn't ready to ship. Once an order has been shipped or is in the process to be shipped, we cannot cancel it."

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. They charged my card and never shipped the items. Then, they went dark and refuse to respond to emails. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY
There do not show a valid physical address and have multiple domains - very sketchy!
