Seems to be a pattern because I received the old version as well as a few others, but it was sorted very quickly. I love my new pillow 😊

Product is personally not that good for me but I can see some people would like it. However when trying to return my pillow for a full refund, as stated on their advertising, I am told that I need to cover the cost of shipping it back to them, in Australia...
I'm based in the UK so clearly their hope is that the cost of shipping makes this prohibitively expensive and people.who are not in Aus will not bother, therefore no refund.
Nowhere on their returns page online does it mention this and when questioned by email I have been told, and I have this is writing, that UK consumer laws don't apply to them so they don't need to state these things.
This is essentially false advertising and this company is a shambles. Avoid at all costs and buy something off Amazon or locally as you will have a better experience.

I was sent the wrong item in error,they took care of it right away and sent the correct item,that is excellent cust service ,and a good product I recommend this company

The pillow I ordered is not what was advertised at all. It's cheap and gives me a sore neck and terrible sleep. I was a fool and used their promotional code to order a knee pillow which they say was delivered (at 1:30am to my work address but it has never arrived. Customer service is a TOTAL JOKE!! Pretty sure its AI or some sort of BOT replying. I've complained 5 times and I keep getting the same reply....yet still no refund for the item that I did not even get. Not sure if my credit card company can do anything, but I am going to have to try. STAY AWAY from this FAKE SCAM company.

I had a GREAT experience with Slumblr. I was in search for a contour cervical neck pillow, and after seeing multiple Facebook ads, I found myself REALLY struggling to identify which of the advertised pillow brands was the authentic pillow and which ones were knockoffs. Unfortunately, even after obsessing and researching different brands, I ended up ordering a knockoff (non-Slumblr) model. It was TERRIBLE quality and obviously a knockoff. Fortunately, I was able to return and order a Slumblr pillow. Let me tell you, after first receiving a knockoff from a competitor, the superior quality and condition of the Slumblr pillow was IMMEDIATELY obvious. Their customer service was even helpful with assisting me chose between the v1 and v2 of the pillow. SO THANKFUL I ended up finding the authentic brand of this pillow!!!

This company isa scam. All reviews on facebook are from face or hacked accounts, just check out the content they post. Paid for social media reviews which again are fake. If you ask to return your item they will talk you out of it, but finally offer you a 50% refund on the drop shipped product which likely cost them pennies to buy, so they still make profit on returns. And if finally you manage to get past the gate keeper to return, they will ask you to pay off of your own back a return to Australia, costing more than the item itself cost, when it was shipped from China!?

Please do not be fooled like I was, as well as SO many people below and on their facebook comments, the product is a cheap drop shipped pillow, with no real option to return or refund.

We purchased a pillow under the impression that it could be returned if it wasn't comfortable. I tried it for two nights and it wasn't for me, it was too high and pushed my neck out of alignment giving me pain and stiffness during the day. I'm sure other people get on just fine with it - this issue is the dishonesty around being able to return the pillow.
It's a scam basically. If you want to return the pillow you have to pay to return it to Australia. Putting that information on the website would be honest and would help you to make a decision about whether or not to try the pillow for the "60 night free trail". On the site it also says that there is a "60 day money back guarantee". When you check how to do a return all it says on the website is that to return you need to email them.

I got one for myself and it was too small so I gave it to my wife and she loves it! 2 weeks and it has gotten rid of her sciatica so thank you Slumblr!

good customer service , got sent the ild version by mistake and they are sending the 2.0 to me and i will just be able to donate the other one to a charity as they don't even want it back.

Awful quality, customer support is a joke. Total scam

After seeing many ads for different pillows on Instagram, I finally decided to go with Slumbr. They provided excellent customer service and even recommended the best option for me. If you’re unsure go look at their various videos on Instagram, that’s how I knew it’d work as a side or front sleeper. Definitely enjoying the pillow, great value too.

I emailed them immediately following the purchase to cancel the order and they NeVER responded. To return the order you have to pay the shipping.
No customer service, poor reviews....save ur money!

Pillow arrived & nothing like the advertised item. Gave me a stiff neck daily and shoulder pain so I asked to return it under the 60 day full refund policy……
I was told…
1. Send it back to Australia and they will refund me less the original shipping costs, protection insurance and my return costs
2. They will refund 50 percent less the original shipping costs and protection insurance

How much their costs will be is not disclosed.

Complete scam operation, avoid at all costs.

I ordered one of these pillows on September 18th, and it was delivered to Australia on October 2nd. I didn’t realize it was coming from China! Unfortunately, the quality is pretty poor; the memory foam feels cheap and it’s really uncomfortable.
I reached out via email on October 4th to ask if they sent me the older version, but I haven’t heard back yet. I really wish I had read the reviews before making this purchase. I hope they respond soon or send me the updated version of the pillow!

I contacted the company, and they responded promptly, offering me a newer version to try without requiring a return of the original one.

Delighted with my purchase. The pillow is exactly as advertised. Really soft, fantastic quality outer case to hold the memory foam in as well. This is a great addition as it means cleaning is much easier when needed.

I was very impressed with the packaging that it came in, fully branded and really shows the quality Slumblr have put in to bring customers a great quality product and experience.

Be careful purchasing from fake sites as they are not as good by any stretch of the imagination and cannot replicate the quality Slumblr offer.
