Do not buy this products! They are a big rip off! I bought two pillows four weeks ago. They are paper thin, they slide all over the bed they are just awful. I contacted Slumblr and they said they would only give me 35% of my money back. They would only give me a full refund if I paid the postage and returned them. (Which would cost 70% of the pillows price) Total rip off! Bad product and bad company!

Horrible experience with this company.

Awful. Ordered two identical products. One is okay. The other is awful, completely differently made and firmness.

Requested a refund, have to cover shipping to china for a refund which will pretty much take all the refund total.

Absolute Scammers stay well clear.

The pillow is not very high quality. It feels like polyester styrofoam. When I went to return it they didn’t refund it as they say they do. You have to mail it back at your expense to china or get a half refund which I went for. Do not recommend.

I made a purchase from the website, which was quick to accept my money but not acknowledge my purchase. My emails are being ignored and when I do receive an email, it is a “form” email.

I ordered this pillow without reading any reviews and when I did I was convinced I had been ripped off, the pillow spent ages in China before being delivered and when I opened it i wasn't impressed but thought i would give it a go.
The first night it was too thin, smelly and uncomfortable, the second night in I put it in top of another pillow and it was still uncomfortable and I almost gave up before giving it one last try, I put it on in top of a thinner pillow at an angle so the front of the pillow was a little lower than the back and it turned into one of the most comfortable pillows I've ever had! No more numb arms and hands or neck pain, I now look forward to the good sleep I know I'm about to get.
It doesn't look great but I don't care and am very happy with it after my initial worries.

8 weeks still haven't received pillow. Cannot speak to anyone at the company. Be careful.

Pillow caused back pain so reached out to return. They require you to ship it back to China at your cost (it wasnt ship from China in the first place). THe other option was to try it as they emailed for 2-3 weeks and return it then if we were not satisfied but here is the next problem. Once used for the 2-3 weeks they will not accept it back as it needs to be unused for a refund. Their 60day money back is garbage

This pillow is absolute junk! Very low quality! Way too small and very thin. I've had it for a month and it has never expanded even to the point of filling out the crappy cover that it comes in. Return policy is a joke! Stay as far away as possible! Total scam.

Do not buy, the 60 day renturn policy is a scam! They make you send the product back to China at your own costs (which could even be more than the cost of the product.

Quality of the product is not very good. Measurements seem off

I always wake up with headaches and stiffness. I ordered one Slumblr pillow as I didn’t think it would help. I like soft pillows and Slumblr is pretty firm but in two months I’ve only had one headache. I’m really surprised and never thought it would help. I guess everyone has different issues, but I’m so happy no more headaches from sleep! JJ

The product on the ad I thought I was getting wasn’t the same as received. Apparently I received the “old style”. Since they say they ship from Australia, I was confused when its tracking started from China…but looked past that initially. The high quality foam reeks of chemicals for days, so the headache I was trying to avoid by using the pillow was replaced with a chemical one. My neck pain is worse, and the 60 day trial? You have to return it still in its original packaging…so unused?? And, at your own cost. Then, once you have done that, they can still opt to reject your return once they have the pillow back.

Don’t bother, please. Do research and try a different company.

I had high hopes for Slumblr after seeing the enticing advertisements, but it turned out to be a complete disappointment.

I bought a pillow 3 months ago, I still find I need to alternate with a previous pillow I used 3 or 4 times a week .
Sadly it wasn't the answer to a better night's sleep for me.
I hope other's a have better experience.

Shit them.thisnis is is a scam company. Don't believe their fanciful ads that keep appearing on your phone.
Its just a cheap dropshipping product from China that is not even comfortable.
When you try to return they will ask you to pay more for their so called premium grade pillow.
When I refused, they ignore you.

Bad support service and no cancelation option, once you order you can't cancel or get a refund

First of all their shipping policy is hidden from the website - I selected standard shipping and it took 18 days to arrive. Second, the pillows are terrible quality and push your neck forward in an unnatural alignment. Thirdly, their return policy and procedure has all the hallmarks of a scam - on the website it sounds normal, but it’s very misleading, you have to pay for its return shipment to China and there are no clear conditions stipulated for why they would decline your refund request. It’s an incredibly sketchy business, don’t fall for it like I did.

If I knew it was gonna be shipped from China, I would've never ordered! Ordered two weeks ago and still haven't gotten my pillow. Reading some of the other reviews, now I'm also worried that the quality won't even be worth the wait and money.

Ordered 2 weeks ago with shipping protection. Tracking shows that it's shipped from California and is now in China with huge delays. Delivery is to England. Why on earth would it transit via China! Wish I had read this site first I wouldn't have bothered. Seems to be a total scam. Emailed their customer support who will apparently get back to me in 3 days. 3 days!

Regardless of what the website says (and yes, the site does ‘appear’ legit!) it is a total scam!
If you order this pillow, a thin piece of badly shaped cheap foam (can’t say pillow, as insult to other pillows!) will arrive…after 20 days….with a dirty cover!
Embarrassed I fell for this scam myself!
And now, reading other reviews on here, note the rinse and repeat responses supposedly with apologies!
By ‘money-back-guarantee’ they really mean ‘thanks for the cash!’ AVOID! AVOID!
