Verstehe ja dass die Auszahlung erst nach der Verifizierung stattfinden kann, aber alles wurde genehmigt, nur der Kontoauszug mit dem Transfer an das Casino nicht. Habe dies jetzt ca. 6 mal zugesandt. Kann ja nichts anderes senden als meine Bank mir schickt.Wird nicht akzeptiert, habe sogar die Email mit der Transaktionsbestätigung mitgesandt. Nichts.

Disappointing experience: Slow payouts and intrusive KYC

This site is essentially a mirror of Vulkan Vegas with fewer providers but the same management. While it started out fine, the experience has degraded significantly. My biggest issue is the withdrawal speed; crypto payouts are treated like bank transfers, taking 2+ days—the slowest I’ve encountered in the industry. Furthermore, their KYC is excessive, requiring a "selfie with a crypto wallet," which is unheard of even for Curacao-licensed sites.

While the bonuses are okay, the 5x max withdrawal limit on wagered funds is a major dealbreaker. Most recently, they’ve stopped following their own T&Cs. A small withdrawal (<€100) that used to take 24 hours has been stalled for 5 days. Support is unresponsive to emails and keeps pushing the timeline back. I’ve lost all trust and have closed my account.

Stay away from Slotoro! I deposited €27 and realized right after that I had an old account. I contacted support immediately to fix the mistake WITHOUT placing a single bet.
Instead of showing professional integrity, they simply closed both accounts and KEPT my deposit. There was no bonus abuse, no gameplay, and I reported it myself. This is pure greed and "unjust enrichment." If you value your money and expect fair treatment, do not play here. They look for any excuse to keep your funds. 1 star is still too many.

Updated: As Slotoro publicly stated on Trustpilot (see Slotoro's reply), I again alerted support to my case, but I was once again only rejected with a standard email. My money is gone even though I contacted them immediately after noticing my mistake and haven't lost a single cent.
