The mattress topper has made a fairly uncomfortable sofa bed very much better. You can no longer feel the grooves where the sofa bed unfolds.

No bag arrived! No contact! No trust!
Ordered single mattress topper, received in a battered box. Topper was wrapped properly. Came with 2 straps and no bag. I contacted them, this was in August. They replied a couple of days later saying they'd run out of bags but would send one to me early October! It's now the 15th of October. I have sent 3 emails asking when I'm getting the promised bag, and guess what...... Nothing, no reply. There is no telephone number to contact. Basically they've got you by the watsits! Not impressed at all. I thought they would have honoured their side of the bargain. Wish I'd gone to duvalay instead of taking the slightly cheaper option!
### UPDATE #####JUST TO CONFIRM, I HAVE NOW RECEIVED THE SLOTHIE MATTRESS BAG. SO ALL IS GOOD. AT LEAST THEY DELIVERED! 23/10/25

Would give 0 stars if that were possible. Really poor quality product for the price. No response from customer services, no telephone contact number. Would avoid at all cost, there are better quality, cheaper products on the market.

NO COMPANIES HOUSE REGISTRATION?
I paid for a standard small double slothie with a zipped bag. At the Tim the company said they’d run out of bags but will send out the toppers and send the bags later. I have been contacting them from day one, as the parcel said there were straps inside - no there were not! Three months later I am still waiting for the bag. Absolutely no response to my emails. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY, I CANNOT FIND A REGISTRATION IN COMPANIES HOUSE!!

Slothie do not adhere to their own t’s&c’s
I had an awful experience dealing with this company. Prior to ordering 2 mattress toppers I checked the terms and conditions on their website just in case I needed to return them. The t’s&c’s clearly state free shipping for returns with no exceptions stated. Later when I tried to initiate a return, I was told that Slothie would only pay for the shipping if the items were defective or not as described on the website. Nowhere does it say that on the website. I pointed out that the items came without the carry bags as described but still no joy. I ended up having to pay for the return myself. Not a good way to conduct business in my view. They are slow to reply to emails and there is no way to contact them by phone which is incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend you buy from this company but if you do, don’t rely on what it says in the t’s&c’s.

Contributed to a good night’s sleep!
Bought two of these to use in the caravan. Very comfortable and had a great night’s sleep as a result. The bags will be useful for packing away when not in use and means they can be easily stored. Highly recommend.

Expensive awful ‘topper’ AVOID
Purchased a travel topper but was unable to travel due to health issues.
Had the topper 3 months before we could use it. Used it once with a very substantial protector and it was put straight back in the bag.
Awful!! Thin, uncomfortable and a complete waste of money. A lot of money at that.
Contacted Slothie - nothing they could do!!
What a let down.
Disappointed and wouldn’t recommend.
