My Rick and Morty themed mug
My Rick and Morty themed mug came in plenty of time. I was also able to track my order every step of the way. I have washed the mug multiple times and the print has not faded at all. Great product and company.

Excellent company. Ordered a mug but it was broken on arrival. No problem at all with the Sloth Group - a replacement was sent out straight away. It's a great mug; love it and will be using the company again. Highly recommend it for your gifts and that something a little bit different.

Good products. No problems.
The shirt I purchased was a bit smaller than anticipated, but otherwise I had no problems with the company. Delivery took one day less than expected, still about two weeks to ship after ordering. Overall, it checked all the boxes for online shopping. Not too difficult, a tiny bit pricy but not too much, and a pretty good product.

She's beauty, she's grace, she'll probably eat your face.
I can't speak about the customer service because I never actually spoke to anyone. My shirt did ship fast. The downside was the print. You literally could not read any of the written text on the shirt. I was extremely disappointed in the product.

Still waiting on an answer ....I got 1 of my 2 orders that was suppose to be for my daughters bday 11th and I wrote to you still no reply. Customer service not impressed with it. Quality if the mug so far nice but I'm missing the tshirt which they say got shipped but didn't.... Very disappointed!!!!
