After looking around found these guys. Very helpful, informative and done all the donkey work. Communications and passing information needed was a breeze. If we ever needed a loan again will definitely use again

We needed a loan turned around quickly in order to secure an investment property we had offered on. David Orr delivered for us in arranging our requested loan in double quick time. David is a real professional as a broker in arranging loans. Nothing is too much trouble for him and I find him friendly and easy to deal with. I have been in the property rental business for 25 years and I would class David Orr as a trusted professional.

I never write reviews but had to leave one for SLO.. I dealt with Lynette & Craig, both were amazing to deal with! They were resilient to the obstacles put in their way and they were constantly chasing the companies involved to close this quickly as the loan was urgent. The customer services was second to none.
I cannot rate this company enough, I will definitely be using them for all of my future lending needs.
