I get new glasses yearly for my changing vision. It's easy to just upload my prescription, and being able to return them if I don't like them reduces the stress. I don't have to worry so much about styles and prices now.

The price is very manageable for me. When the first package didn't arrive, they placed a new order for me the same day without extra charges - good service.

Their quality seems comparable to my LensCrafters glasses right now, but they cost less. Production and shipping were also faster, giving me more choices for the same budget.

Since my eyes are sensitive, I bought two lens types. When I went to return on pair, they offered to remake the lenses at a 50% discount instead - quite a surprise! The new lenses work great, and I get to keep both frames.

They came in a case with a glass’s screwdriver and a cleansing cloth. I will totally be buying from here again. So worth it when you know your exact prescription!

Frames quite nice. Distance vision OK but close vision completely out of focus. Consequently glasses are of no use to me, a waste of money! Very disappointing.

I ordered 3 pairs of glasses. The glasses are beautiful! I ordered another pair, I never received them! I have e mailed the company and I have never received a response. I would love to talk to someone! Great glasses, great quality, horrible customer service.

I'm very impressed with their customer service folks. I ordered progressives, but didn't happen to think that the reading portion might be too narrow due to the frame type. I contacted them and they let me pick out a new frame and just pay the difference in the frame cost and shipping. I didn't have to send back the original glasses, which I was worried out because it would have been overseas. I will definitely purchase glasses from them again!

Completely disappointed! They no longer have a virtual ‘try on’ option and I ordered a pair much too small for my face. I knew they had a 30 day return policy so I requested a return. The policy specifies that the customer pays the shipping which I did. I go to order a new pair and they don’t permit me to use their promotions on a new pair-which is at least a 30.00 value! I will NEVER order glasses from this company again!

I ordered a pair, they put the wrong address on it by mixing up North and South, USPS sent the package back to them that day before i had time to go in since i was at work, i contacted them and they where rude and dismissive and wont send me another pair since the first pair is on its way back to them. So not only do they get to keep mu money but they also get to keep the glasses. This place is a scam

I have bought several pairs of glasses from them. As soon as I needed to return a pair in compliance with their 30 day return policy, they sent me back and forth emails for several days with request after request that made no sense. I provided them all the info they needed, I provided photos of the glasses, order number, and then after several more emails from them they asked me to “mark” the glasses showing they are crooked? They’re making this extremely difficult and it’s not even necessary because I was literally going to reorder more after this one pair was returned. They’re a fine company if you like the pair you receive but good luck if you need a return.

The prescription was accurate and i love the glasses shape!
