Bought slip doctor for my 88 year old…
Bought slip doctor for my 88 year old fathers shower and the bottle is tiny and will only cover a certain section of the shower tray. Very expensive for what you receive. And now need more!

Dear Georgie, please note that Tub Grip is calculated to cover the average medium to large bath or shower tray. If the area you have is larger than the average, then coverage would need to be considered. If the area is the same as the average, then the only other reason would be that the application’s coating has been done too thick. Each coating needs to be thin and only applied to the relevant areas that would prevent slip and fall accidents. Kind Regards, Team SlipDoctors

Thank you for delivering everything so promptly to me.
As yet the SlipDoctors solution hasn't been applied to my tiles as we had too much rain, however my Handyman has spray washed my tiles inbetween and
hopes for a sunnier day to apply solution.

Finally Have Grippy Stairs
Dane was super helpful and talked me through all the options so I could choose the right product. I have painted stairs and needed a way to make them less slippy. We decided on the Extra Grip paint additive and couldn't be happier. We finally feel safe walking up and down our stairs. Would definitely recommend SlipDoctors!

Hi Richard, we see you have ordered multiple times with us, and so we sincerely thank you for your business. We are sorry to hear that the courier has not upheld the delivery promise. We closely monitor their performance and normally during the year they manage to get the next day delivery done at a 98% completion rate. It appears as it gets closer to the festive season, they have been struggling to maintain this. Understand this is a service we also pay for so when they do not perform as they should it is just as frustrating for us as it is for you. We have already asked the accounts department to refund your next day delivery fees which will be processed today. If you require another next day delivery order during the festive season please contact us on info@slipdoctors.co.uk beforehand and we will enquire with the courier as to how likely this will be achieved. The whole experience could not have been better
The whole experience could not have been better. From the initial exchange of emails on what to use and the quantity needed to understanding that we had previous issues with a different supplier to the shipment arriving within a week. Response times were incredibly fast to my emails regarding questions to also keeping me informed as to when it was being shipped and expected arrival. Great job!

Their customer service is outstanding....I have a tiled floor with a couple of different textures, not a clue what to use...gave SlipDoctors a call, someone took a message and said someone would call me back and they did and gave some very sound advice. You know when you just find a company that you would recommend just on that one call - well this is one of those companies, well done SlipDoctors.

Not happy at all.
Bought 2 tins of the clear anti slip paint back in july. Thought it really expensive for wbat it was but went foe it.
As i didnt know how to aplly it myself. Got a good tradesman friend if mine to apply the 2 coats.
Have been happy for a while but now its turned the floor white and its peeling all over.
Send a message to the supplier and git no responce.
Save your money i for 1 won't be using it again. Really unhappy.

Hi Paul, sorry to hear about the issues you are having with the coating. It sounds as though moisture has been trapped underneath but we would be happy to help you figure out the problem. Keep in mind that coating is backed by a 2-year manufacturers warranty and so we will sort out any issues.
