This review is do to my Ryker battery that was purchased in March 2022. Was sent to the wrong address . After contacting them they said there is nothing they can do. I then call the USPS and they said that Sling mods can have it intercepted. AFTER CALLING SINGMODSA SECOND TIME THEY SAID THERE IS NTHING THEYCAN DO. THE TYPEOF SERVICE ISNOT ACCEPTABLE . I WILL NOT ODER FROM THEM AGAIN.

I installed wheel kit and underglow 1,2,and 3 i was missing 2 wires had them in a couple days ,it was the best service I received in a long time from customer service ,,thanks slingmod

A very fishy place of business, would not ship my spyder cover to my work where im stationed at they will only ship to my billing address, they told me the credit card companies make them do it cause of fraud?
Sad thing was i was using my bank card 🤔
You cant even send friends or family Christmas presents if you shop there!
I had no other companies tell me this, so i shop at lamonster .Will not be doing business with again
They didnt even seem to care, guess they have to much business

Bought 2 sets of fender indicator LEDs for my Spyder and Ryker. Had major issues with Ryker parts and minor problems with Spyder parts from new. They were replaced but now, 10 months on, problems with Spyder parts and Slingmods are not prepared to help. I've just cancelled an order worth over $2000.

Please do not order from this company. This is the second time I've had an issue with my order and received some on the poorest customer service EVER. There won't be a third time because third time "shame on me". I have advised all members of my bike club not to order from them as well. You work to hard for your money to receive poor customer service.

Their scam artists!!! They are just resellers of products & they know nothing about the products they sell. Half of the products they sell are defective. You end up being frustrated and angry if you order from them! Waste of time & money! Beware

I am not sure why my review was removed, but I must rewrite this, so I will post this on other sites. I ordered a part in February and it was lost by USPS. They told me I would get a refund within 24-48 hours and I called again and they told me it would take a month. They would not follow up with USPS. I finally got the part and sent it back to them and in May I still don’t have a refund. I am glad it was only a $60 part. It is there responsibility to ensure o get the part and deal with the shipper. Poor Customer Service.

Update: After writing this review, I have received my refund and a no excuse apology.

It seems like every time I make a purchase there’s a problem with a item I purchased. And I’m very disappointed because I’m spending my hard earned money on junk. Well at least that’s how I feel. And they also told me to buy a item that was not needed at all just so I can send more money and I don’t appreciate it.

I just love slingmods....the guys are all very professional,& polite , not to mention they always return my phone calls. I've been dealing with them since 2019 and they have never disappointed me. Hats off to Chris, Cameron, Brandon, & Carlos just to name a few. Keep up the good work!

I have been a Slingmods customer since I got my 2019 Ryker. Slingmods offers the latest and highest quality aftermarket parts available. They also provide many "how to" videos for mechanically challenged people like me. Parts are always received quickly and in good shape. I couldn't be happier.

YES WHEN I FRIST GOT ON YOUR SITE IN2016 TO ORDER SOME GREAT THINGS FROM YA IT WAS GREAT BUT NOW I GOT TO SAY YOU SOLD OUT TO CHAINA LIKE YOU ALL DO your stuff was all america goods no chep s-it i saw to put on my 2016 slingshot i have bought 10-000 Dollars worth of add ons from ya and now in 2020 i bought 2000 dollars worth from you guys and no instruction with the product to show you how it goes on what it does i am a service man for 50 years and now you sell junk i almost sent it back to ya because it said made in china not good and you never did in 2016but now its just all about the money i guess and your videos do not have the same parts to put on like in the videos show CHINA is going to kill us all and and now we are not the home of the free we are all commies now well its ok because i won't live long anyway you went down hill done buying stuff now i will look from now on for american MADE PARTS BEFORE I BUY AGAIN to bad you u guys went that way steve miller TAKE THE MONEY AND RUN AND SELL JUNK iam gone good luck with that one later a old man that knows what is right but no more in this world

Worst support in US history. Bought parts which I haven‘t received. Support does not care. Don‘t buy at slingmods.com

Placed an order weeks ago. Still no shipping update. Now have another order placed for "In Stock" items, and it's still just "processed" 7 days later........

They have delivered over my expectations. One of the few online companies that deliver on time and as described.

Bought products for ~100 dollars which entitled me to free shipping according the site. A day later, when I already payed for the products, they told me that shipping would be 56 dollars extra.

I have been purchasing from slingshot accessory sites for quite some time. While some of them are adequate, the other sites cannot hold a candle to the service, quality, variety, install videos and especially customer service. I can send an email asking a question, or for clarification or even with an issue and I am guaranteed to have a solution within 24 hours. Often times the same day. One representative, Luis S., has exemplified the value of actual, quantifiable customer service in a way that very few people ever have. I personally run my own business and I would hire Luis in a second. Having access to a company like slingmods.com has made owning a slingshot a pleasure and well worth it. Thank you Luis S. 5 stars is not nearly enough I would give 10 times that. I cannot imagine a legitimate customer that has approached slingmods with any issue or question ever having a reason to give less than 5 stars. I am not being paid for this review, I rarely leave reviews but when it is deserved I gladly will do so.

They sell shorty equipment and do not stand behind it. They will tell you”that’s how it is”. I purchased the 4 channel kicker amp upgrade for the newer slingshot and they have it designed to only power two channels. They know t won’t work right and they still sell it to you and have you buy extra speakers. Complete waste of money. Buy from them with caution. You can purchase most of the same stuff on anazon for cheaper if you have the knowledge to wire it. I purchased halos for $12 and they sell them for $100 website is a complete waste! And their support will not help. Good luck!

These guys have been bringing quality aftermarket pieces and the best customer service from the start! They were the first to bring better seats, steering wheels, air intake, shift knobs etc...You don’t find their type of customer service everyday. They were the first to embrace the Slingshot and are constantly looking for new top quality mods to bring to the market! You can’t look at my Sling and not see something I have bought from Slingmods! When I am looking, Slingmods is the 1st place I go!
