Used the product for 2 weeks so far and feel fuller much quicker when eating a normal meal. I have also reduced my meal portions over the course. Just over 4 pounds weight loss in 2 weeks is decent testament to a product that seems to work for me and now my partner is also starting it.
Just completed a 3 week course to give it real go and was pleasantly surprised that without being too strict with my diet but eating sensibly I lost weight in each of the 3 weeks I used it.
Came across the adverts on Facebook so emailed the company and they got back to me promptly and were very helpful so decided to take the plunge. First off, this smells heavenly when you open the sachet, reminds me of those sweets from when I was younger but also tastes nice. I have always struggled with my weight and appetite (I’m always hungry) and can honestly say this has helped reduce my appetite and weight.
Made me snack less in-between main meals and wheh i drank the drink 30 minutes before eating I felt I couldn't eat as much as I could previously. I also found i was less tired during the day before I started taking this product.
Felt the effects straight away. I've tried loads of diets over the years like most other people and nothing really ever works. What I loved about this is it's all about managing how much you eat and not constantly having to think about whether I can eat something or not. Super simple to use and tastes really nice!
