Great company with a wide range of products. My favourite is the patches. I have lost a total of 22lbs in the past 4 months and I couldn't be happier.

I have been buying from Slimming Solutions for many years now. There customer service on the phone is outstanding and I couldn’t live without there Feiyan Tea. Thank you.

Bought a few times from slimming solutions, always delivered fast and great products.

Stay away from this company. I measured myself before ordering these slimming pants. Ordered the correct size. When opened the. Parcel I could not believe what they had sent. They were tiny, my grandaughter tried them she is a size 6/8.and she could not get them on. The family thought it was really funny. When I complained she said that takes time to get them on and you may need help. I was going to a wedding, if I needed a wee someone would need to help. Never heard as muc h rubbish. They were £34. I had to. Send them back which cost me £2.80. They said they would refund the money for the pants but not the postage. Will have to wait to see if I get my refund. Would not recommend this company

Stay away of this company. I placed an order Saturday,18th of May 2019.Ordered a Shaper and some tablets.Priority for me was the shaper .I paid next day delivery because of this and Tuesday,21st to my surprise I had only my tablets and a small note stating that Shaper not in stock.Sent email and I had a reply saying sorry and i'll have my item delivered as priority. What a waste of time!Friday today,24th and still waiting. Thanks to another company who delivered item and saved my day.But slimmimgsolutions??? Just horrible, who take customers as fools and after taking payment, never deliver.Wait now to see when I have a refund or my item.Don't bother buying here.Find companies who treat you fare and care for your custom.Zero stars from me if I could. Horrible ,horrible, horrible!

I had bought an item for £66 via amazon and had orderes the wrong size (my mistake). I raised a return which they accepted and sent me instructions. I found out that postage was £25 so I told them I’d keep it instead (to sell it 2nd hand), but they then sent me a free postal label, which was great service. I posted the item but two months later thet still hadn’t received it back. I didn’t have a tracking number so no one knows where the package is. When I wrote to ask if they had received it they offered me a full return even though they haven’t yet received the item. Now that is excellent customer service!

If I could give a negative star then I would.

Ordered in haste by a family member and it was £35 for a pair of spanx with £3.99 delivery. Didn't even open it as it wasn't wanted and we were honest about that, to our detriment. However, asked Sarah at Slimming solutions for a Free returns label and was refused as its not there error and not damaged. So now its an expensive mistake and despite several attempts at requesting a FREEPOST returns label she has refused. We will be lucky if we get a refund at all for the actual product as not all items will get a refund so beware. The Customer Service or lack thereof will mean they have lost a customer.

Avoid this company like the plague in my opinion.

Delighted with results I achieved from using the Slim Bomb. Used the slimming pills for 1 month up to now and I am 1 stone and 1 lb lighter and a very happy women! Excellent customer service too and discreet packaging :)
