So easy to get results
Easiest way I have tried to lose weight. The flavours are good and the choice is excellent. Being able to add protein when you want is so easy with the meal planner on the site. Just buy the packs that you like and get excellent advice online.

Love S&S but too much food unavailable to order
Love this diet plan as having great success with it but am disappointed that all the snacks have gone also some bars and meals are also unavailable.

Love S&S easy to order, instant response, quick delivery. Plenty of products to choose from, not all to my taste but that’s ok as there are so many. No after taste lots of support always, what’s not to like especially with the weight loss almost as an added bonus 😃

Always fast efficient service
Always fast efficient service, good delivered within a mater or days, sometimes even the next day. When I've had to ring in about something, Customer Service answer the phone promptly and couldn't be more helpful. Products themselves are good and do what they say they will, but you will need will power, especially the first week or so as you break bad habits and wait for ketosis to kick in, when your appetite is diminished. Good online tools to help you track and motivated.

It works for me.
I received the usual fast excellent service. I have been using this product for years and I continue to use it to maintain my weight loss. We all gain a little weight after the Christmas holidays and I find this product helps me control my calorie count for the best results for me.
