Good advice and good quality product.
I phoned the company for advice on sliding door track as mine needed to be replaced. As the doors and wheels where American I was having trouble finding track to replace what I had. The guy was extremely helpful and managed to find track suitable, It was delivered two days later so I was very pleased.

Thank you for your review. We did contact you at the time of the order to explain that one of the parts was out of stock (as advised on the website) and would be a month or so from our US supplier. We advised we could part ship but there would be an extra carriage charge for dispatching the second item. You accepted this and asked for a part shipment. Once the out of stock part arrived we requested a second carriage payment as previously agreed, only at this point did you request a refund. The refund was processed within 4 hours of your request however you posted this review before we could get the refund to you. I hope this clears up the timeline for you and we are sorry we could not help in a more timely manner. Regards, Doorstuff team.

Worth waiting for
Took a while to source the items I needed and while I had to wait a while for Doorstuff to deliver they did contact me promptly to say the items were on order from their supplier in the USA but if I wanted I could have a refund.
I choose to wait as I knew the items were made in California and would cost me far more to buy and ship them to the UK myself.
