Sleepy Hollow Beds Recensioni

Fantastic Family Run business. Really friendly , knowledgeable and no hard selling. Talked through all our options. Can’t recommend these enough and the bed is so comfortable. Liam helped us and he was so good.

I’d never buy a bed from anywhere else. Just had my 4th delivered. The whole team go above and beyond. Excellent value for money, first class customer service and buying from a small local business always feels better. Well done Sleepy Hollow 10/10 😊 🛌 💤

Been using sleepyhollow bed centre for over 30 hrs absolutely first class wouldn't go any were else 👍

Did not like them. Not wat I wanted.

Very good price, order came on day they said in the time slot they gave us
Delivery lads very swift, clean and tidy
In , assembled, cleared all polythene and away in 10 mins
Excellent
Thanks

Couldn't rate the service any better from the sale in store, the gentleman serving us was friendly, very helpful and informative on the products, helping us find the best matress and pillows for what we need, we left the store very happy. Then the delivery, earlier date than planned, delivered on time and called before to make sure we were home which is always helpful. The 2 fellas had a pretty big task getting what seemed to be the largest and heaviest matress up the narrowest of staircases. They were determined and didn't give up. It took 3 of them half an hour with literally sweat and nearly tears to get the matress up the stairs. We are very greatful and impressed that they managed to get it done all with a smile on their faces. Thank you too Sleepy Hollow for an excellent service. 100% recomment to anyone.

Excellent service from sales to delivery. All staff extremely helpful and polite. Thank you

Recently purchased 2 beds from this family business. From first arrival at the showroom Liam was pleasant, knowledgeable and patient. He listened to our requirements and suggested the beds that we went on to buy. Have to say the experience from beginning to end was faultless. We are really pleased with our purchases and the two men who delivered them made quick work at getting them set up. Happy to recommend Sleepy Hollow and will definitely use again. Thank you.

Delivery was on time and the 2 lads were great that put the furniture together. They were polite and tided up after themselves.
Great value for money, my Son is thrilled with his bed and furniture, we will definitely be going back. Thank you

Got mattress same day, love it thanks

Excellent products the two delivery lads were bang on time ,set the bed up for us and tidy up behind themselves. We have used Sleepy Hollow several times before and just keep going back because of the first class service

Sleepy Hollow Beds was recommended to me. I found them to be very knowledgable and friendly company to deal with. The guys delivered and assembled the bed this morning, very happy with my purchase, I will be back to purchase a second bed from them in the future.
I can recommend Sleepy Hollow beds.

We needed a new divan bed and went to dreams at middlebrook as we had purchased our last bed, an ottoman, from then 5 years ago. Because We are both in our seventies we chose a bed then asked them to dismantle the old for us. Too much trouble for them we would have to do it ourselves.
We walked out of the store without making a purchase and by chance called in at sleepy hollow on our way home. Not only did the man help us choose a bed he said he would arrange for the delivery men to dismantle the old one and take it away with them. The bed has just been delivered and the old one taken away by 2 helpful delivery men
Thank you sleepy hollow you showed us that customer service still matters in some places.

I have backache and after some investigation, decided I needed a Harrison Spinks extra firm mattress. Sleepy Hollow was about the only company that stocked it. I ordered it online. Staff were very helpful. Delivery staff were amazing. The kindly lifted my old mattress off and put it in another room.

Amazing service from start to finish! So friendly and trustworthy.

Thank you so much to Sleepy Hollow for our brand new bed, a big shout out to the amazing delivery men too!

My bedroom is now a dream haven!

100% recommend and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Thank you so much for yet again providing us with such a fantastic mattress (our 5th bed & mattress)
The delivery men need a special mention for perseverance trying to get it up into the loft room 👏

Fantastic experience and customer service.

Excellent friendly company, ordering so easy and plenty of choice in the showroom. Delivery and installation of the bed was faultless, really nice staff to deal with. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Delivery men did a fantastic job under difficult circumstances. We are very pleased with our purchase.
