No problems with this order the mattresses are very comfy, they were a great price and delivered on time the lads that delivered them were very helpful and friendly.

Everything, simple to order and service was excellent delivery was excellent on time and the two guys who delivered the bed were courteous and friendly, Harsh and Paras were their names beds were brought in and unpacked and assembled and all packaging taken away, they explained the controller process for lifting and changing positions perfectly, I would definitely recommend.

Customer Service do not respond
I have requested from customer services 3 times for a replacement foot but have not received any response. Trundle bed is very wobbly and my 10 year old grandson had to sleep on it with the legs folded down. The single bed plus trundle bed is not very good quality and not what I would expect from a British manufacturer.

Everything was great from start to…
Everything was great from start to finish, just needed to be able to track the delivery without setting up an app, not easy for elderly people and lets' be fair most of these beds are for the elderly.
The only other thing, there were no instructions with the bed if you are putting it up yourself.
Very happy with the quality and your delivery man.

They don't deliver
Advertised as delivering here on the island and then cancelled and refunded the order. If they don't even know where they deliver, what hope is there.

The metal part that stops the mattress…errors
The metal part that stops the mattress from sliding off the u bends are to tight they need to be 2/3mm wider, when you tilt the head end of the bed up ithe mattress catches on the headboard.

Was delivered in 5 days delivery men were polite and friendly. They put the bed together within half hour .one of the headboard was broken so waiting on another one to be delivered. Got to say my husband and I have had the best nights sleep ever we couldn't decide on sprung matteress or memory foam ended up with memory foam so glad we chose them really comfortable

Lovely mattress can't fault it, but delivery man not helpfull at all,put on bedroom floor then went, being a pensioner i was not pleased, so struggled on my own to put on the bed.
