Better out there
Brought the rest well package(bed , mattress, headboard) not over impressed for price very basic, although does look nice!
Delivery shocking do not pick the 6-9pm slot as they delivery all over country and have loads to deliver so your time slot keeps getting pushed back my 1st delivery was estimated for 10pm then they cancelled, they faffed around to redeliver, although the guys that came on 2nd delivery are friendly, set up bed took all rubbish but then I did pay £80 for that
Don't pay £80 for bed collection your council will collect bed and mattress for half the price
All in all not impressed, you pay for what you get i guess

Absolutely brilliant customer service…
Absolutely brilliant customer service Amy was really helpful on the telephone. On visiting the warehouse and choosing a bed for my mother Raz was very caring and respectful. The 2 delivery drivers went above and beyond taking 2 flights of stairs as well as the lift. Overall I would highly recommend. My mother Absolutely loves the recliner bed.

Great Service ALL round
Ordered an electric bed on Monday and was delivered Friday.
The beds are are great and no issues.
The delivery chaps were excellent took away the old bed and mattress and swiftly assembled the new beds and checked all.
Sadly the head boards didn’t fit so will need to be replaced for the correct size.

Absolutely great performance
Absolutely great performance. Everything was outstanding from ordering to delivery. A1 delivered on time put bed into bedroom fixed together. Removed my other bed. Cleaned away all packaging 5* to all concerned.

Bought a replacement mattress for our adjustable bed and delivered quickly. Will be ordering another now for other side. Quite happy with it and glad it was packed well as left on doorstep by Parcel Force in pouring rain. Not Sleep Kings fault though.

Sleepkings made my purchase so easy. They kept me upto date every step of the way. I got the bed within 4 days and that was to Scotland. The people that put the bed together were very good and quick and understood my unusual situation.

I needed a bed urgently for my elderly…
I needed a bed urgently for my elderly father and they managed to deliver to Essex the next day .
The very helpful lady spoke to (sorry I’ve forgotten the name )told me that the bed can be returned but not the mattress which is fair enough

If you decide that you wish to cancel item. You can but the extensive cost and return are down to you. However you can't return the mattress.

Sleepkings we're incredibly helpful…
Sleepkings we're incredibly helpful especially as I booked the bed on New Year's Eve. Questions were answered quickly on the chat and were very reassuring. We booked assembly too so my elderly mum would have nothing to worry about. The delivery and installation men were excellent and cleared away all the packaging too. I would definitely order again.
