Good price. No tariff or duty charges for shipping to my US address. Free shipping. Prompt delivery. And I did not have to obtain a prescription from a gatekeeper MD (which is required when buying from US sellers). The product itself is so far not working out but TBD.

Outstanding customer support and reliable service
I had an issue with France customs during my order, and I want to highlight how outstanding the support was. Rafael from customer service was truly amazing. He handled everything professionally and did what was necessary to resolve the situation. He also followed up with me daily until the problem was fully solved, which is rare and very reassuring.
Beyond the support, the website is serious, reliable, and offers very good prices. This experience really shows how much they care about their customers. I would not hesitate to order again and I highly recommend them.

good quality at competative pricing
I was unsure originally that the product was priced incorrectly but no it was the correct price. I live in the UK so thought that the shipping would be expensive but no free shipping on this order.
Arrived as stated good product will be ordering a spare shortly.
