This company is a scam. When you call them, it will ring for 2 hours and cut off. I order bed and mattress from the beginning of February, after waiting for three weeks, I called several times but someone picked the phone and promised my money was due to be refunded the upper week. More than two months now. I can’t get my refund. They don’t even pick their calls again. They will put you on hold for two hours and cut it off after two hours. One e mail address returned back and no reply for their second email.

Had 3 replacement mattresses all suffer the same problem, now you can't even contact them, give this company a wide birth

They now call themselves Divan Bed Warehouse based allegedly on Bertha Road (Birmingham).

You didn’t deliver the king size mattress you gave me a refund

I ordered a single bed in January, nothing has arrived and they don't reply to emails or pick up the phone when you call them. Worst company I've dealt with in a very long time. I'd recommend looking elsewhere

Ordered bed and headboard in November 2024. Bed arrived in January 2025 with damaged headboard- probably courier. Sent photos and still waiting for a replacement, now April 2025. Refund promised but not received. DO NOT USE. they do not reply to emails despite raising a complaint.

I never received a bed. They don't answer emails or phone calls. If you do send an email it bounces back. Exactly the same as the delivery company they use ,Zenith delivery. Absolute scammers. Currently going through charge back with my bank

Zero.Good job the website has gone. Although I feel they may reappear under a different name. Ordered divan and headboard 22 January delivery advised by email as 28 February which never happened. Took time of work to wait for delivery due to the £45 charge for a missed delivery. Try to call both sleep beds and Zenith deliveries the sisters company never spoke to anyone. Sent an email re the delivery and requested a payment to reflect the lack of communication re delivery, has email response that offered a 10 % goodwill gesture that would be paid to my credit card in 10 to 20 working days and that a new delivery date would be arranged- this did not happen. Middle of March I emailed again to request a delivery date, no response so spoke with Credit card company who put payment in dispute. Emailed and advised them that I had done this as the website was no longer in existence and got the folllowing email response

Absolutely disgusting service! Happy to take my money but then email two days later stating they are cancelling the order and will not be able to refund me so had to raise a claim through visa! 3 weeks later finally get a refund from visa! Not mattress and significant amount of money down for a significant period of time.

This company is an absolute joke paid for my bed and mattress but never received them or heard from them again until they said my refund would be in my bank in 10-20 working days, still waiting over a month later, whatever you do give this company a very wide berth just hoping my bank will get my money back, absolutely fuming 😡😡

Sleepbeds had the cheek to email me to review the bed that I had received...the bed that they were unable to honour the order for! This company really is beyond a joke. The website doesn't exist anymore, you cannot get through on the phone, but they are sending emails out for you to review their products! Speechless.

They took my money and lied, shame on them.
Luckily my bank refunded the payment I made to them but I am so angry with being lied to.
They have gone into liquidation and you will not receive anything.

did not fulfill our order chased and chased them finally got through on the phone to be told they had cancelled all orders.
We cancelled ours and received an email from Zenith Delivery informing us that we would get a refund within in 20-30 days still waiting for it.
Tried ringing 0333 880 3504 no responses terrible customer service do not use them

Disappointed , I purchased from here in 2023 had no problems bed is great , so I ordered one for my mum on the 9th Feb said they had packing problems I then asked for a refund was told 20 to 20 workings days which should have been 3rd April and now they are gone no way of contacting them

I never received my bed - only stress and worry. I never got a committed response to when my bed would be delivered, I kept getting emails pushing the delivery date out. All correspondence from them was auto-generated, typed by AI.
ABSOLUTE SCAM COMPANY.
I eventually contacted my bank and they have refunded me and are investigating the transaction.

Do not order from this company. Ordered and then was told a few days later they could no fulfill my order nor could they refund me. I’ve had to open a dispute with my bank to get the money back. Today I’ve had an email to sy my bed has been delivered? Customer service is non existent

Yh same as recent reviews ordered a bed, excuses about delivery. Requested a refund. Still no refund. Phone calls just ring out. Will follow others advice of going through bank for refund. Hopefully I get my £400 back

A further update to my earlier review.

I've initiated a chargeback process after ordering in February and not receiving my goods like many others.

I have now received an email saying my bed should have been delivered.

Obviously it hasn't. There has been no contact from sleep beds or their delivery company.

I've replied to the customer services email that previously worked but now it is undeliverable.

I'm assuming this is a tactic by Mutasaf Hussain, Tasneem Riasat & others to obfuscate the chargeback process by saying that goods have been delivered that haven't.

Their website is down & there now appears to be no way at all to contact the company and Companies House shows all officers as having resigned.

Scam company. Paid for 2 beds. None arrived. Reported to bank to try to get money back.

Ordered a bed in February, kept being put back delivery dates and waited over 6 weeks. I then asked for a refund and was advised it would take up to 4 weeks for a refund......It is now mid April 2025 and I tried to email them to enquire where my refund is a my email came back to me undelivered, GOOGLE REVIEW PAGE SAYS CLOSED PERMENENTLY AND NO ANSWER ON CALLS!!!!!!!!! THEY STILL HAVE MY MONEY!!!!!!!!!!
