Deep sleep seems to work for the most part but there are occasional nights where they don't seem to help me.

I was unable to start taking the capsules when I received them in December, 2004 but have just completed 10 consecutive nights uising them - 20 capsules. There has been no improvement in my sleep at all. I am now outside the 30 day refund date and have paid for something that has been useless.

This is not about product the product itself. It is about basic info and comms. I reached out to them via contact email asking for info about manufacturing to food or pharmaceutical standards. Neither is bad, pharmaceutical standard would normally mean more potent supplements.I wrote to them in October, and still waiting for response. But I was randomly added to an email where top 5 questions being answered.

It's hard to tell if they are working. Some nights are better than others so I think I'll stick with it longer and see what happens.

Didn't work I'm giving 2 stars as got my money back easily.

Deep Sleep didn't work for me personally, but they provided me with plenty of helpful information and tips. I can seen they genuinely try their best to help improve people's sleep,

I have been using these for 5 nights now, not only have I had the WORST 5 nights sleep that I have had for a long time but I've woken up every morning with diarrhoea and stomach cramps.

I wouldn't normally feel compelled to write a review about a company but I bought a bottle of their sleep aid and tracked the progress using my apple watch. I have seen a substantial increase in deep sleep and rem sleep. Does exactly what it says on the tin. I indeed feel more well rested. 😌

Consistent sleep after taking for 2 weeks. I go to bed at the same time each night and wake up at the same time. I am no longer tired during the day. Quite pricey if I'm honest however good results.

I have been suffering with insomnia on and off for the past 3 years now. It was not until last year I was finally diagnosed by my GP but with little help. I tried many of the well known off the shelf products, but to my disappointment, non particularly worked for a sustainable period of time with some incurring some side effects of mood swings, sickness and headaches.

I came across SleepAlpha when researching medicines and supplements. I have been using this product now for over 4 months, and currently have nothing but positive comments to say about it. After the first week of using sleep alpha, i was sceptical and initially thought I was set to be disappointed yet again! Into my second week I was noticing my sleep pattern generally getting better, I was getting to sleep much easier, sleeping for longer and waking up feeling refreshed with plenty of energy. Fast forward 4 months and I am still using sleep alpha. I am sleeping 7+ hours a night, my general motivation for work and life has increased 10 fold with no side effects to report to date.

This product has helped me in so many ways I cannot thank it enough.

Did all my sleep prep. Took two pills went to bed Became hot and sweaty agitated tried every trick to fall asleep Terrible night sleep Not a product that I will use again.

There is nowhere to cancel your subscription on the website (even when you are logged into your account) and I've had no response from customer support on my attempts to contacts them directly. At the time of writing, they are still able to take my money. They deliberately make it impossible to cancel so that they can take money from you. Do not subscribe.

Having been on prescription sleeping pills for over 3 years i decided to come off which made my sleep non existent. A friend recommended sleepalpha sleeping herbal sleeping aid and after using them for 7 weeks i can whole-heartedly recommend them. I sleep great most nights, still have the odd hick-up but thats to be expected.

I endorse this company and their products.

Tablets took a few days to kick in and i feel like i fall to sleep better and sleep deeper however i still wake up around 5 am. Good tablet for a deeper sleep but i;m wanting to sleep until 8am to get me a good 10 hours.

Unfortunately this didn't work for me. Asked for a refund about a month ago as they offer a one-month free trial, but there is no reply ...
