Great customer experience
Great customer experience. This company really cares about their customers' satisfaction. I had an issue with a purchase and customer service (Jack specifically) was able to resolve it so quickly and with care and consideration. The in-store experience was also great at the King's Road location. 100% recommended.

Exceptional customer care and quality…
The customer care and quality at Sleep.8 is exceptional. I was helped by Rebecca this morning online and had been assisted equally well in store. Outstanding quality, service and help. Immediate response. Common sense and understanding staff. I cant sing their praises highly enough. Was going for a £700 cheap option but the quality care and authentic service has sold this to me instead. A company you can trust.

Great pillow to stop you from tossing at night
Decent quality pillow. I no longer toss at night. 1 star dropped as it is a tad too hard for me, but that is due to personal preference and not an issue with the product itself.

Excellent Service!
Last year I purchased a bed from sleep8, recently I had a minor issue with it, when I contacted the company they organised to send someone out immediately. The repairmen were on time, friendly, and fixed the issue right then and there. I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend Sleep8! Thank you!

From the moment they arrived, they were professional, courteous, and worked efficiently. They took great care in ensuring the assembly was done throughly, and the final product looks fantastic. Steve and Jack did their best to try to get out mattress in but the ceiling at property was too low. Excellent customer service and they made really good recommendations on an alternative. We'll be going into the store definitely. Thanks

Very happy from start to finish
Very happy from start to finish. The sofa bed came faster than expected which was a bonus and the guys that delivered were very helpful and friendly. Now it’s in my living room it looks better than I hoped it would

Kevin and Aaron were great!
I would highly recommend Kevin and Aaron who came today ti install the bed. They were very professional, friendly and caring when taking the boxes up on the first floor. They have left no mess after they finished. Very happy with the service and 100% recommend to everyone!

Our experience with sleep8
Had an issue with our sofa bed and sleep8 got technicians to come around the next day to try to fix it. Couldn’t fix it unfortunately so immediately ordered a replacement.
Customer service is top notch and responds rapidly.
Rebecca was our contact and has been amazing throughout!

Excellent customer service!
Popped into the Lakeside Thurrock Sleep 8 store having purchased a bed from the Bluewater store.
The service, attention to detail, the support from Bridie was second to none. We left with a sofa at the best possible price with a short delivery frame.
Also ran into the gentleman who assembled our bed which was much quicker than anticipated so would recommend paying for the assembly service.

Right from fantastic service,fantastic furniture the moment that I walked…
Right from the moment that I walked into the showroom in Bluewater to today fixing a tiny problem ( one arm want attached properly) everyone have been amazing.
I went in the shop on the off chance, I thought they just sold beds. My sofa and chair are lovely and comfortable and beautiful to look at too! Very happy!
