Haven’t received order
I haven’t received my order as yet and unfortunately I haven’t received any shipping updates. I placed my order over a week ago and its now the 14th February with no delivery

Wrong item was sent, company won’t resolve
Wrong item was sent. When I contacted customer service they were rude and insisted I was wrong. Once they finally agreed, then the solution was to send me correct item immediately. That proposal then changed several times over the next day. The outcome was that I was refunded shipping costs, not the total cost of item and they stopped responding to my inquiries as to what happened. I’m out the money and I’m stuck with a pair of pants that I didn’t order. Do NOT recommend this company.

Hello Kara you were refunded 24 hours after we figured out you received the wrong style jeans and we let you keep the jeans as well. I do not think that was unfair or unresolved. You received the wrong pair of j eans in our error, yes, and we apologized and refunded you immediately once we received a photo from you of the jeans so we could verify this. we also let you keep them as it was our mistake. We were not going to send you another free pair of jeans though. You were welcome to purchase another pair with your refund but you chose not to. Again, we apologize for the misshap.

First Time Buyer
This was my first time purchasing from Sleek Denim and was very reluctant but decided to give them a try. I had been searching for these particular jeans and Google the item number and was able to locate at Sleek Denim. They were very responsive and I received my order before the scheduled delivery time. The best part was that they were less expensive than when I first saw them. Will be purchasing in the future.
