I recently purchased from Slatework Signs Limited. The slate signs are well-made and arrived promptly, but customer service could be more interactive. While the designs are lovely, they didn’t entirely meet my expectations. Overall, it’s an average experience, and while the product quality is good, it felt somewhat overpriced for the result.

Wanted to order a specific house sign with sunflowers printed on. After finding one on Etsy, I contacted Slatework signs directly via email as I had some questions about the sign writing. Judy replied immediately, even though an out of office was sent back to us. After advising them of our specific requirements, Ian sent us a picture to confirm that we were happy before the sign was posted to us. We received the parcel that was wrapped so well and delivered by Royal Mail. The house sign is absolutely beautiful. The slate is very thick, no smudges on the writing, gorgeous sunflower picture and perfectly drilled holes. This is a present for our friends who are building their own house that they will be moving into in June 2025. We are extremely happy with the service, responses on email and quality of the product that we purchased from Slatework Signs and how quick this was sent to us. Thank you very much Ian and Judy.

🐾 Recieved my 2nd order today excellent Personalised memorial slate once again and with having a photo of our beautiful dog Bonnie on it makes it even more extra special so we now have one in the garden and one indoors thanking you once again for making them 🐾

Our very much loved pet was put to sleep on Monday. I ordered his plaque on Tuesday and it was here for Friday. Well wrapped and insulated from any damage that might occur. The plaque itself was just perfect for wee Bruce. The whole experience from start to finish was exceptional. Exceptional quality for a reasonable price.

We ordered our first house sign 3 years ago. It had to be an exact size to cover an ugly plaque. It was, and still is beautiful. The purple wisteria decoration hasn’t faded at all. We’ve just received our second house sign, ordered as we are allowing the first one to be overgrown with plants. It’s again beautiful and couldn’t be bettered. Ordering is a simple process on the website, the price very acceptable, the delivery was swift and it was well packaged. I can’t recommend this company enough!

Without doubt the best buying experience with any company, for any product.
I emailed half a dozen companies, on a Friday afternoon, asking for a particular size of slate sign. Slatework Signs were one of only two that could do it, and at a quarter of the price of the other. I sent the order Friday night, not expecting to hear anything until Monday, but they replied on Saturday and it was manufactured and dispatched for delivery on Monday. Extraordinary service an excellent quality product too.

Item arrived as described, if not better. Speedy delivery. Very, very pleased with the item, yet to see how it weather's, but so far delighted 👌 highly recommend.
