Submitted my medical negligence claim…
Submitted my medical negligence claim online on a Sunday. No call until Weds.
Had a call, obviously a call centre, I asked to call back as it wasn’t convenient as I was in work. They left a message to call them which I did - no answer during business hours. I chose this company as they have a negligence senior solicitor in Cardiff where I live.
Poor service so will try an alternative company.

I recently settled a personal injury claim with the help of Slater and Gordon, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. From the very first phone call, they were professional, reassuring, and incredibly knowledgeable. They explained every step of the process in clear, simple terms and always kept me updated so I never felt left in the dark.
My solicitor was patient, understanding, and genuinely cared about my recovery as well as the outcome of the case. They handled everything efficiently, dealt with the insurers on my behalf, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward and well-managed.
The settlement they achieved for me was fair and exceeded my expectations. I felt supported throughout, and the communication was always prompt and friendly.

Clinical negligence case
I cannot thank Olivia Webster at Slater and Gordon enough for the incredible support and expertise they provided throughout my clinical negligence case. After receiving the wrong treatment from the NHS, I felt overwhelmed and unsure about how to move forward. From the very first consultation, Olivia listened with compassion, explained every step clearly, and guided me with complete professionalism.
They were quick and careful in gathering evidence, quick and determined in pursuing justice, and always kept me informed so I never felt left in the dark. Their dedication and attention to detail ultimately led to a successful outcome in my case, which has brought me both closure and peace of mind.
