We worked with Gurvinder Samra to obtain an EHC Plan and have the placement named on the plan. Guv supported us from the initial failure to assess through two appeals and to the final Tribunal hearing. Guv is excellent, tenacious and is an expert in her practice area.

Error in transfer of property ownership
Error in transfer of property ownership and dodging responsibility now that the error has come to light.
S+G failed to notice that they has missed a leasehold title that was supposed to transfer ownership. Failure to do so has made the asset unsaleable and has cost a fortune in time and money to try to rectify.
S+G initially offered £200 to compensate (versus total losses in the £10-100k range) and ducked responsibility. Only engaged once we threatened legal action but continue to downplay their role in the mistake.

Don’t investigate into finances agreements that customers haven’t , consented too. Don’t try and charge people for work that you have been asked to stop doing.

A scam, stay clear
They say you can cancel within 14 days but when you email them it says their inbox is full and cant receive your email. Its a scam. Stay clear.
