Great service from start to end. From the moment we made the booking the communication with both the main office and the driver was excellent as we were kept informed the whole way through.

Transfer pickup 25 nmins late
Diverted route to stop for petrol and added another 30 mins to journey time
Then lost way to Gatwick South terminal as was following signs to south side instead of South terminal wasted another 20 mins
Then wanted to go into long term car park to drop me off
You couldn’t make this up
Had to call to keep check in open as arrived at airport with 45 mins to departure time
Never been so stressed out
Driver said he had never been to Gatwick befor

The driver Anu was very nice and continuously monitored our late flight and told us to be realexed and exactly where to meet him.
The car was equipped with car seats for the children.
The drive was very smooth and comfortable.

Couldn’t be happier with the service from Sky Transfer. Great communication from point of booking until end of journey, on time every time and fairly priced. Our driver (Molsan) was great, assisting with the luggage while having a good laugh along the way. Even checked in to see how we were getting on after the journey. Made use of their service twice while in London and couldn’t be happier. Cars were clean and the driver ensured that we were comfortable at all time. Can recommend them anytime. Will certainly be my first point of contact for airport transfers in future. Awesome service at a great price.

Exceeded all expectations! I booked Sky Transfer for a trip to Gatwick, and I was genuinely impressed. I was traveling for a weekend getaway with friends, and we had quite a bit of luggage. The driver arrived on time and didn’t bat an eye at our numerous bags. He helped us load everything into the car, which was spacious and very clean. The ride was smooth, and the driver even recommended some great places to eat near the airport. We arrived at Gatwick relaxed and ready for our trip.
