Fuyez !! N'achetez surtout rien via cette société. Pour vendre, ils vous font miroiter une belle page internet, mais, une fois que vous avez payé, plus personne ne répond. Ne vous attendez surtout pas à recevoir de l’aide d'un support ; il n'y en a pas. Toutes les adresses mail reviennent avec la mention "non trouvée"
Die Kamera hat keine 4 Wochen gehalten, dann ging nichts mehr, hat nicht mehr geladen, eine Reklamation/Tausch wurde abgelehnt, eine Kommunikation mit dem Unternehmen wurde dann beim 2. Anschreiben einfach ignoriert, Qualität der Aufnahmen ebenfalls nicht wie angegeben, Preis Leistung nicht akzeptabel

Arnaque j'ai commander la caméra mais elle est arrivé après mon départ en vacances j'ai demander la procédure et l'adresse de retour mais aucun retour ils font de la publicité mensongère en disant qu'on peut retourner sous 14 jours sans motif ... Car ils ne répondent pas au mail j'ai du en envoyer 5/6 a ce jour et contacter sur WhatsApp etc ... Bref a fuire

Bonjour, la caméra n'a eu en autonomie que le tiers annoncée et au bout de 2 mois ne fonctionne plus du tout. Évidemment, silence complet de l'entreprise qui ne laisse aucun moyen de les joindre. C'est un vol de la part de Skypro.
I bought the Skypro camera after seeing countless ads on Instagram. I needed a new one as I ride a motorcycle and the old camera of different make etc was getting old.
You get quite a few attachments in the box which would be very useful.
The camera looks great and does record/playback etc. the only problem is that the battery inside it must be faulty as it will only work while connected to a power source.
In December 2025 I contacted Skypro via email and at 1st I had replies asking me to ‘try this’ ‘try that’ etc.
once I had exhausted all those tryouts and told them that the battery must be the fault I do not get replies.
I keep contacting them for an update but never get a reply.
Using their chat option on the website gives you another email to send to. Guess what? After 3 weeks I still have no reply.
This could easily have been sorted out with a replacement, why is it so difficult?
Update from January.
So 6 months later I am still waiting on a resolution on this. At one point fake name Sarah Durant replied and said a replacement would be sent, that was February, every few weeks since then I have sent a follow up email but no reply.
I can only assume by now that they have ceased trading, when I click on a link via email it no longer takes you to their website.
Also, on companies house, their filing is late.
Ordered 2 x skypro cameras, with 128gb sd card and accesories.
The sd cards which came were only 64gb, meaning that hardly anything will record as it gets full very very quickly.
The lens itself is not protected and 1 had a scratch on it.
Skypro just do not want to know.
