Good quality blinds and easy to install. Would highly recommend this company.

Delay in delivery. No response from customer services on my 2 queries to them requesting information on my delivery. To me this is very poor customer service.

I had placed an prder, then realised I had ordered the wrong size, contact them & they cancelled the order & helped me order the correct size, the blind came within 24hrs. I would highly recommend

What terrible customer service been on to this company numerous times emailing . The blinds were really hard to fit and badly creased . One of them is not in its original cartridge so cant fit it . They responded once ..since then nothing . Im at the end of my tether of what to to do next they wont respond . I hate writing bad reviews but what can i do ? . The €160 may as well go down the drain . Not good enough

I ordered this blind for a Velux window a month ago, it arrived but it doesn't fit the window because the drop down menu on skylight blinds is incomplete. I contacted them and they keep telling they have arranged a pickup with DPD which never happens. The courier tells me they are not aware of any scheduled pick-ups for this company.Skylight blinds keep apologizing and stalling me and I waisted 92 euro dealing with these apparent fraudsters. I hope you all learn from my mistake.
