Delivery was slow, status showed the blinds 'in production' for over 10 days. When I emailed to ask why they suddenly said they were en-route. Blinds are well made and satisfactory but instuctions much less so.

I was so pleased with this product and once you got your around the instructions was easy to install. My only concern is as my skylight is about 9ft high and I have to get a pair of steps out to open and close the blind. As I’m in my 70s I don’t feel safe doing this. Is there a product that opens and closes the blind that I can buy ?

This is something we needed to help cope with the heatwave. Delivery was very prompt, fitting the blind easy & straightforward, and the blind itself effective for what we needed. A very good experience overall.

Great website and easy to follow instructions for ordering and measuring. Made to order so took few weeks to arrive. Would have liked some mid point communication but could track through the email. Very pleased with the blind for my Velux window, excellent quality and was very easy to fit. Have recommended Skylight Blinds to family and friends.

The website was very easy to use and ordering the blinds was simple. The blinds were very reasonably priced.
The blinds came within the expected delivery date. They were well packaged and contained all the relevant parts and instructions.
The blinds were easy to fit and have made a big difference to our conservatory. They are good value for the money paid.

9Seemed to be the only company that could supply an old roto type roof window, so was a little apprehensive. After ordering everything went very quiet. After the order acknowledgement there was no more communication and the order was over a week late. I contacted the company direct. To my relief the lovely customer help representative soon sorted out their order issue and the blind arrived very soon after. The actual blind fitted like a glove, of a decent quality and very easy to fit, literally 4 screws, one in each corner screwed directly into the frame.

Would highly recommend if you have blind requirements, especially as I found out, something a bit obscure.

Blind took a little longer to arrive than expected but arrived safely. The product was well packed and very simple and easy to install, highly recommend watching the installation video. Looks great, seems really good quality and works perfectly. Highly recommend.
