The blind was easy to attach, after a good read of the instructions, and fits very well. I was worried, as after I had purchased I read the reviews of lots of customers not receiving their packages but mine arrived promptly.

I ordered skylight blinds that needed custom measurements. Firstly, it took forever (~ 1 month) to deliver and it’s not even a uk company from the misleading website domain. The vertical size of the blinds are off by 2 cm from what we gave so it doesn’t fit at all and the shape of the side rail that slots into the bracket doesn’t even look right. For £200 blinds, this is horrible.

Blind arrived in good time but when I tried to return it as it didn’t fit their customer service was appalling. They insisted on getting it collected by DPD - no other options. DPD said they called but were told there was nothing to collect - I don’t know where they went but it wasn’t to my house! There followed multiple emails, two further dates for me to stay in all day with no sign of a courier. They finally turned up at the 4 th booking. So much wasted time waiting in and emailing the company - such frustration so I wouldn’t recommend this company ☹️

I ordered 5 blinds, ordering was very straightforward and easy, a very competitive price. The blinds were straight forward to fit and look great and work well. Complete darkness is achieved and the room is cooler in the heat wave. My only concern throughout the process was there were no order-updates between order and receipt, and I had to chase a couple of times, which could have been avoided with some proactive communication. However, I am very pleased with my new blinds. Thank you
