Flexible, great advice
Between Rachel and Jeff we had real partners in arranging a mortgage that worked for us - really appreciate all the additional help when the original lender started being problematic and we then had a rush to find a new vendor to complete on time. Their guidance and advice through the journey was reassuring.

Very appreciated. Great human touch.
We were so impressed that Jeff from Skybound came to visit us in Oxford and see the house that we were interested in purchasing. We went to a cafe and sat down together, and discussed all of our options. Very much appreciated, and really gave us confidence in the whole process

5 star plus service
Jeff and his Assistant, Caylee provide us with a 5 star service. Having returned to the U.K. after 15 years, they have helped us get settled in with our financial affairs. Jeff explains everything very clearly in everyday language we can understand. Looking forward to a long term working relationship

INCREDIBLE service.
Rachel has genuinely been amazing. I don't know where I would be without her. Through every step of the journey of purchasing a buy-to-let flat, she has helped me through. Rachel is proactive, amazingly responsive, incredibly efficient and has been an essential part of the process, going way above and beyond what I thought she would do. All this with kindness and patience. Skybound's advice even saved me money when solicitors made mistakes.
I know I have thanked you before, Rachel, but I couldn't have got through this without you and I can't thank you enough. You've been incredible!
