DON'T DO IT! I was very disappointed. They are super expensive, you can find cheaper handmade in the USA. They are also from Indonesia, and while this is hidden in their fine print, they ship international and then you get stuck with the import taxes. They have a zero refund policy once they ship. Also I learned the hard way that most of their images on the website are fake - the actual product looks VERY different. They clearly charge a fortune to pay graphic artists and marketing campaigns, while the actual product is cheap and a scam.

I have not received my order. I received 2 boxes each with a mounting plate, but no skull or horns. I also was charged $22.50 for each carton. I only need 1 mounting plate. Can you tell me when I will receive the skull and horns. Chris Boland

I haven't received the item yet however, the office sells customer service is very poor. It was a sale item and it took them a number of days to ship the item and they only shipped it after I sent an email to follow up. The item then didn't leave Indonesia for another couple of days after the label was printed. Additionally, Customers should acknowledge the fine print. While international shipping is free these items have a duty that must be paid in addition to the purchase price, which is something that was not made clear upon purchase.

I ordered a piece from them and DHL shipping destroyed it. The orange man imposed a tariff that had extra charges. I thought the text was a scam, so I ignored it. DHL trashed my 700 dollar package over a 30 dollar tariff charge.
Skull Bliss is now sending me a new one even though it is clearly not their fault. They obviously did not have to replace the package, but its so cool that they did. Can't wait to see it on the wall! Ill be ordering again for my bedroom wall.

Entered a wrong address on the order form for my longhorns and mandala. Emailed costumer service and with within 2 hours, they emailed me back and corrected the error I had made.

Back in December, I ordered the Dewi carved buffalo horn. Several weeks later, I was disappointed when I received the wrong item from Skull Bliss. I contacted them immediately to let them know about the error. Izabela reached out to me quickly and after confirming that the item I received was infact a mistake, she worked with her team and the skull bliss artists and was able to ship me the correct carved buffalo horn within a few days. My Dewi horn arrived last week and it's even more beautiful in person than on their website. I couldn't be more pleased. The artist did an incredible job, the Dewi is a true piece of art and Izabela's customer service skills are second to no one. She is a true professional and I'm grateful for her help. I highly recommend Skull Bliss. So much so that I will be ordering the black mosaic cow skull in the next few weeks.

My wife wanted one of these skulls for some time. I tried to buy her one for Xmas. The order took some time to even be shipped not the two weeks that they state online. Reaching out to the customer service email is pointless they just tell you it would be two weeks from order date. Shipping charge is high on top of that you get another charge for $40+ for a duty charge. The skull came broken and the horns are not able to be mounted on. Id have to take it some place to get it fixed. Per the website you can return up to 30 days but they have no responded to any emails in order to return it. Needless to say she wont be getting the other one she wanted and for $1000+ spent I would expect more from a co.

The whole process went smoothly. I was nervous because I was ordering from Canada to be delivered to my brother in the US. There were absolutely no issues with me doing this. I was kept up to date on the shipping and my sister-in-law received the package for me. I was lucky to be able to go for my brother’s birthday and watch him unwrap the box. It was packed very carefully in a cool “Indiana Jones” style crate. He was thrilled with the skull as was I. Nothing but positive things to say about Skull Bliss!!!

El producto es realmente bueno, es real, artesania hecha a mano, bien acabada,el problema fué con los requisitos aduaneros, tardé mas de tres meses en recibir el producto.
Pero la verdad vale la pena, son piezas únicas y artesanales.

Customer service was the worst! Online it states the skull would be shipped two weeks after order. 3 weeks later reached out to see what was going on. I got an email stating item would be shipped two weeks from order date.. Well duh! So I wrote again the next email was just annoying saying she didnt know because they were so busy. After some time I told them just to cancel the order. They then came back said it would ship whatever date if not they would cxl and refund my money. It never shipped reached out again and they finally shipped it. I had to pay another fee for a duty fee. It got here the back was broken. There is no hardware to hang it so finally trying to hang it neither of the horns fit AT ALL not even close!! I have reached out a few times with no response. Disgusting you pay $1000 for something and its an experience like this

Amazing skull - delivery from Bali to Europe.
It was very well packaged. The longhorn skull arrived undamaged. The wooden crate could be a bit more sturdy, but otherwise everything was great!

I am very impressed with this business. Every question during the build and up to delivery was answered within 1-2 days. The artwork is first class and the customer support phenomenal. I inquired about the type of skull received and was given a detailed response as to its origin and species. I highly recommend this business. Worth the wait and am very impressed with the customer experience!!
