SK Removals is a family-run removals company based on the Fylde Coast, serving Blackpool, Lytham St Annes and the surrounding areas since 2002. For over two decades, we’ve helped thousands of local families and businesses move home and office, building a reputation for reliability, care and honest, friendly service along the way. As a genuinely local, family-owned business, we understand the Fylde Coast better than most national chains ever could — the streets, the postcodes, the quirks of moving in and out of seaside towns — and we bring that local knowledge to every job we take on. We cover the full Fylde Coast area, including all FY1 to FY8 postcodes and PR4, and offer a complete range of removals services to suit every type of move, however big or small. Our core services include local and national house removals, office and business relocations, and European removals for customers relocating further afield, including popular destinations across the continent. For those who want extra help getting ready for moving day, we also provide professional packing services carried out by our experienced team, using quality materials to keep belongings safe in transit. And for customers who need somewhere secure to keep their possessions before or after a move, we can arrange storage through trusted local partners, covering both short-term and long-term needs. We know that moving house or office is one of life’s more stressful experiences, which is why we focus on making the whole process as smooth, transparent and stress-free as possible from the very first enquiry through to the final box being unloaded. Our team is available six days a week from 6am to 8pm, and on Sundays from 9am to 6pm, to fit around our customers’ schedules. Every move is fully insured, with goods in transit covered up to £20,000 per vehicle, giving customers complete peace of mind that their belongings are protected throughout the journey. We’re proud to be confirmed members of the Lancashire County Council Safe Traders Scheme, a mark of trust that reflects our commitment to fair, professional service. Our dedication to quality has also been recognised year after year, with ThreeBestRated awards for removals services from 2020 through to 2025. Whether you’re moving a single room or an entire office, moving down the road or across the country, SK Removals is here to make it happen with care, professionalism and a personal touch that bigger companies simply can’t match.

Professional and reliable
Saved our bacon in a house chain when our original removal company let us down poorly and SK Removals stepped in at very short notice to do our move. They sent two sixteen foot trucks and two guys (I think they were called Craig and Darren) and they were great. They worked hard, were very professional and polite, and did the whole day with a smile on their face despite it turning dark early in the afternoon and pouring it down with rain for long periods. Made us feel so comfortable we had complete faith and trust in them which was saying something after what we had been through with the previous removal company we had used. I should mention we had a lot of stuff, and I mean, a lot! And they did a remarkable job packing it all brilliantly in to their vans to make sure it all fitted in one trip.

SK Removals, what a brilliant company. I have just had them move my business to a new location. It was a big job, but Kane and his team with two vans completed the task in record time. No problems, nothing was too much trouble. The guys worked tirelessly putting everything in position. Would I use them again ? ' I always do ' Thanks

Hi Kane
Hi Kane, hope you are doing well. This is Suman from Maidenhead near London. If you remember you did my house move in July 2017 from Poulton to Maidenhead and in 2016 within Poulton. I know it's quite far from you but by any chance will it be possible for you to make my next move from Maidenhead to Andover in Hampshire (about 65 miles from Maidenhead). I know this is absurd but you remain my first choice and so asking you before getting any other quotes. If you are doing any job in the 2nd half of December 2019 near London, you can combine mine as well. I'm flexible on dates. Please do let me know if you can. Many thanks, Suman.
