Il s'est avéré qu'ils avaient bien reçu le paiement, mais qu'ils n'en avaient pas la gestion. Leur service client est déplorable. On a vraiment l'impression d'être dans une entreprise frauduleuse.

Estou em Portugal. O processo de devolução tem sido terrível. Tivemos de esperar algumas semanas para marcar uma devolução.

Marcámos uma recolha de devolução e ainda não foi recolhida. Não fazemos ideia de quando podemos esperar uma recolha. Ninguém atende os telefones da Sklum quando tentamos telefonar e perguntar.

Disastrous experience—do not buy from this unreliable site with its poor and useless customer service. I am desperately waiting for a refund of over €650 for an order that was never delivered. I have sent more than 10 messages without response. This site is a scam.

Odstąpienie od umowy zostało zgłoszone…

Odstąpienie od umowy zostało zgłoszone 1 października, a dziś jest 3 listopada – nadal nie otrzymałam zwrotu pieniędzy.
Przesyłka została odebrana i znajduje się w magazynie firmy, jednak mimo upływu ponad miesiąca oraz ustawowego terminu brak zwrotu i konkretnej reakcji.
Kontakt z obsługą klienta jest utrudniony, a odpowiedzi są wymijające.
Sprawa została zgłoszona do Europejskiego Centrum Konsumenckiego.
Nie polecam – skrajnie opóźniony i nieprofesjonalny proces zwrotu.

NO COMPREIS / DO NOT BUY

La pena es no haber revisado las reseñas que tienen en todas las plataformas.
Realizo un pedido (NUVCRRCLS) el 28 de septiembre y lo recibo el 2 de octubre. Hasta ahí bien.
Una vez recibido, la cómoda parece usada, lleva un cajón colgando con los tornillos sueltos y pasados, además detecto faltas en la madera rellenadas con cartón y un poquito de masilla. ¡¡Una cómoda de 250€!!!
Solicito devolución inmediata el mismo dia. A partir de aquí ya no hay tanta prisa. Me la recogen el 15 de octubre y el abono del producto no me llega hasta el 24 de octubre. Mi nueva sorpresa es que ya no solo te hacen esperar, sino que además no te devuelven los gastos de envío cuando es un fallo de calidad. 30€ que pierdo y vais a perder si comprais en SKLUM. Y que voy a denunciar a consumo.

Podrán contestar a esta reseña diciendo que también pedí un felpudo, y es verdad, pero mantener los 30€ de envio por un producto que vale 6€. Una verguenza.

The shame is I didn't check the reviews on all the platforms.
I placed an order (NUVCRRCLS) on September 28th and received it on October 2nd. So far, so good.
Upon receipt, the dresser looks used, one drawer is hanging with loose and loose screws, and I also noticed flaws in the wood filled with cardboard and a little putty. A €250 dresser!!!
I requested a return the same day I received it. From then on, there's no such rush. They picked it up on October 15th, and I didn't receive the refund until October 24th. My new surprise is that not only do they keep me waiting, but they also won't refund the shipping costs when it's a quality defect. €30 that I lost and you'll lose if you buy from SKLUM. And I'm going to file a consumer complaint.

They can reply to this review by saying I also ordered a doormat, but they're still charging €30 shipping for a product that costs €6. Shameful.

My worst online shopping experience in 20 years. I made 2 orders and both were catastrophic. One arrived broken, the other never arrived.
Their customer service took one month to answer and after a long useless discussion, they refused to give a full refund.
Basically, I gave them money, and got nothing in return. Pure scam !

We bought 4 chairs. Only 1 is not damaged

Bought 4 chairs. 3 arrived damaged. Support ignore emails. I believe the store is a scam.

It has been 1 month now without any contact from the store, I will start a transaction dispute in the bank and see how it goes.

Edit: It was really hard to contact them, but eventually they sent the items that were damaged for me to replace.

Voor de vierde dag op rij plaats ik hier weer een review met slechts een paar simpele vragen. Wat is uw telefoonnummer en wat is uw e-mail adres. Helaas moet ik de vorige steeds weghalen. Telefonisch bent u namelijk niet bereikbaar. Ook niet op de tijden dat u zegt bereikbaar te zijn. De afdeling is gewoon permanent gesloten. Er is ook nergens een telefoonnummer te vinden. Bovendien is er ook nergens een e-mailadres te vinden. Ook geen contact formulier. Dus er is geen enkel persoonlijk contact mogelijk…
Alleen een virtuele chatbox en een virtuele whatsapp functie met alleen standaard antwoorden.
Blijkbaar bent u wel in staat om te reageren op reviews.
Dus hierbij wederom de vraag om in uw reactie op mijn review uw e-mailadres te geven en geen smoesjes met verwijzing naar een contactformulier, WANT ER STAAT GEEN CONTACT FORMULIER. U Verspreid constant ONWAARDEN BIJ UW REACTIES OP MIJN REVIEW.
Daarnaast graag hier de publicatie van uw telefoonnummer en wanneer u weer bereikbaar bent.
Doet u dit niet dan valt u wederom weer echt finaal door de mand.
Als u dit wederom niet doet dan graag de reden vermelden waarom u dit niet doet.

Eerdere publicatie: na aanleiding van de reactie van Sklum…. Dit is gewoon lachwekkend en triest tegelijkertijd. U weigert gewoon wederom uw telefoonnummer en e-mailadres te geven. Echt onvoorstelbaar hoe u met uw klanten omgaat…..

Het zou mij ook niet verbazen dat dit bedrijf op een faillissement afstevent.
Als je geen geld hebt om je telefoon te bemannen of mails te beantwoorden dan vraag ik mij af hoe de financiële positie is.
Ik zou potentiële kopers dan ook willen waarschuwen met het doen van aankopen.

DO NOT BUY! Worst shopping experience ever.
I placed my order in May and only received it in September, despite the items being listed as in stock. During this long delay, customer service was non-existent: no updates, no clear answers, and no support whatsoever.
If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, avoid this company at all costs.

Très mauvais ou arnaque ?

Aucune livraison depuis bientôt 1 mois.
Suite à un avis sur Trustpilot ils m’ont demandé de donner mon numéro de la commande. Ce que j’ai fait et en réponse ils m’ont envoyé une facture !!!
Jamais vu une entreprise aussi nulle.
Je pense que je vais bientôt avertir la Chambre de Commerce Espagnol

Stay away!!I ordered a bed from SKLUM on June 7th wich arrived on the 17th of June with no screws and bed feet. So I have been sleeping on the floor for 17 days now. And no one seems to pick the phone

I ordered a bed from SKLUM on June 7th, 2025, and it was delivered without the essential parts—no screws or feet, making it impossible to assemble. I reported the issue immediately through their website on June 17th and was promised a response within 4–5 working days. Over 8 days later, I still haven’t heard back.
I also called their customer service number, but the person who answered only spoke Spanish and refused to help or transfer me to someone who could speak English. The delivery company confirmed they didn’t have the missing parts. As a result, I’ve had to sleep on the floor for more than 16 days.
This has been an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience, especially for an order costing over €619,94. I expected far better communication and service. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend SKLUM based on this experience.
Update: They replied to my review here and said they will contact me to sort it out. It’s been 3 days since they said so but I still haven’t been reached out by them. And it’s my 10th night sleeping on the floor. :(

Compré una cama en SKLUM el 7 de junio de 2025 y la recibí sin las piezas esenciales: faltaban los tornillos y las patas, por lo que era imposible montarla. Informé del problema el 17 de junio a través de su web, y me prometieron una respuesta en 4–5 días laborables. Han pasado más de 8 días y nadie ha respondido.
También llamé al servicio de atención al cliente, pero la persona que contestó solo hablaba español y se negó a ayudarme o transferirme a alguien que hablara inglés. La empresa de reparto confirmó que no tenía las piezas faltantes. Como resultado, he estado durmiendo en el suelo durante más de dos semanas.
Esta experiencia ha sido muy frustrante e inaceptable, especialmente para una compra de más de €600. Esperaba mucho más en cuanto a comunicación y atención al cliente. Lamentablemente, no puedo recomendar SKLUM en base a esta experiencia.
Actualización: Respondieron a mi reseña aquí y dijeron que me contactarían para solucionarlo. Han pasado 3 días desde que lo dijeron, pero todavía no se han comunicado conmigo. Y ya es mi décima noche durmiendo en el suelo. :disappointed:

Update - skandalicznej sytuacji ciąg dalszy

Update - w dniu dzisiejszym (poniedziałek) obsługa klienta w godzinach pracy (9.00 - 14.00), transmituje komunikat, że "abonent niedostępny lub ma wyłączony telefon". Dodzwoniłam się w końcu o 10.30. Trzeba wypełniać formularz reklamacji z opisem sytuacji, zdjęciami. Wg pracownika infolinii trwa proces reklamacji około 2 tygodni. Oznacza to że wielki bubel (1,5 m x 2 m) będzie stał u mnie w mieszkaniu przez najbliższe 2 tygodnie. Brak słów, skieruję tę sprawę na drogę sądową, jeśli w ciągu najbliższych 2 tygodni nie oddadzą mi moich pieniędzy.

Sklum has succeeded in breaking me

Sklum has succeeded in breaking me. On 13th of Nov, I ordered 3 bar stools (75cm) then amended my order a couple of days later, to the 65cm option, to fit the kitchen island. I expected a refund of just 60 euros in total (20 per stool), but I was refunded 200+ Euros. On checking the order on their website, I noticed they amended my order to send just one 65cm bar stool and not three. Since one cannot get hold of anyone on the phone number on their site, which is only available between 8am and 1pm, and they had refunded me for the other 2 stools, I quickly bought 2 bar stools on the 25th of Nov to match the one that was already on the way. I had hoped to have them all by Christmas. The one already on the way arrived and I put it together. A few days before Christmas, 2 boxes arrive with just legs for the 2 bar stools but no seats. I hoped a 3rd box would be delivered with the seats but no luck. I reached out to them online and they replied that they were still within the delivery period so my incident/complaint will be cancelled. Not minding that they messed up from the very first order on November 13. They use a REDUR courier service which is just as horrible. According to the tracking, my package is still in Valencia, but I have received legs but no seats. Never again!

Update 10/02/2025:
Replacement for the undelivered seats was dispatched on the 27th of January and as of today (14 days later), there has been no update on the tracker. The package shows it is still in Valencia. I honestly don't know why Sklum used the same courier (Redur) again. Seur was used for my first order and they delivered on time.

Update 18/02/2025
No delivery and no status update with courier. No customer service and email answered with generic reply. I want my money back as this is beginning to feel like a scam. When I use the tracking link, it shows there is a package with Redur but when I enter the shipment number on their website, nothing shows up.

Skandaliczne i nie do zaakceptowania

Skandaliczne i nie do zaakceptowania: nigdy więcej nie zrobię zakupów na Sklum.com

Złożyłem zamówienie 24 listopada 2024 roku na składana choinkę za 150 EUR. Dziś mamy 21 grudnia, a ja wciąż nie otrzymałem przesyłki.

Obsługa klienta jest fatalna i nieskuteczna. 3 grudnia złożyłem reklamację i poinformowano mnie, że skontaktują się z przewoźnikiem. Minęły dni bez jakiejkolwiek konkretnej odpowiedzi, a gdy ponownie się skontaktowałem, 13 grudnia zostałem poinformowany, że "ponownie wystąpili o informacje od przewoźnika" i że mam czekać kolejne 15 dni. To jest obraza dla klienta.

Czy mam użyć tej choinki na święta w 2025 roku? Taki poziom niekompetencji jest nieakceptowalny. Jako firma macie obowiązek realizować zamówienia w terminie. Jeśli przewoźnik zawodzi, to jest to Wasz problem, a nie klienta.

Żądam, abyście natychmiast wysłali mi nową choinkę w trybie pilnym. Nie zamierzam tolerować więcej wymówek ani opóźnień. Co zrobicie później z przewoźnikiem, mnie nie interesuje, ale jako klient nie zamierzam ponosić konsekwencji Waszego braku profesjonalizmu i złej organizacji logistycznej.

Nigdy nie poleciłbym tego sklepu nikomu. Sklum.com to przykład wszystkiego, co jest złe w zakupach online: nieskuteczność, zaniedbanie i całkowita obojętność wobec klientów.

SHOCKING

I reviewed last week providing at 2 * but down grading. I've had zero comms about when to expect my delivery. It randomly turns up today but then is only partly delivered. SKLUM are shocking. they have no email address only a number that's manned periodically. After my earlier review they said they'd contact me to provide assistance. No contact was every made. SKLUM if you read this have the decency to at least try to contact me. Order Number is TXJLVHWWT.

Em relação a resposta da Sklum, relativa a encomenda VMKKRFJBY, continuo com minha avaliação mínima, pela resposta não ter correspondido a realidade. Há que se dizer que, desloquei-me 130 km até Lisboa para levantar o objeto que estava num ponto de recolha, depois da empresa de distribuição não ter encontrado ninguém na minha antiga habitação e ter procedido a entrega num ponto próximo, sem nunca ter sido contactado por telefone pela empresa de distribuição. De acordo com contacto telefônico, feita para Sklum para reclamar o envio da encomenda para morada errada, foi-me informado que o sistema assumiu a morada constante no pagamento pelo PayPal (cartão) e nunca pela morada constante na minha ficha de registo no site da Sklum, eu nunca tive 2 moradas inscritas no site. Lamentável quererem justificar um erro com uma explicação que não corresponde a realidade.

This company is a fraud, don’t order there!!
If you’re lucky, you might receive the furniture in a good shape but there’s a high chance that won’t be the case.
I first ordered some garden chairs. I was first happy with them but after one summer, the black metal has completely lost its color and is now grey.
My second order was a shoe shelf and it came with a design error that made it not possible to place adult-sized shoes in the shelf. The quality of the wood was also not so great. I contacted the customer service to ask for a return one day after receiving it and they have denied my request without any reason. I tried to contact them again many times and they’re unresponsive.
I read many similar experiences online and they have recently disabled the comments on their Instagram profiles because it was full of negative comments.
Don’t trust this company! We lost 400€!

Ich kauf da nicht mehr

Auf die AGBs achten und entscheiden, ob man zu diesen Bedingungen wirklicj dort etwas kaufen möchte. Bei Reklamation etc. hat man einen großen Aufwand den Kundenservice zu erreichen und das Untetnehmen handelt absolut nich kundenfreundlich!
