Amazing place
I was treated so good from the moment I walked in. Everyone is very professional and excellent customer service. I was heard the staff took the time to explain everything to me in detail I will be back totally satisfied!!

I had another great experience at Skin Vitality Whitby yesterday with Anna for my Botox injections. She is always so professional, knowledgeable, and makes me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process.
I’m very happy with my experience and would highly recommend her! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I had Botox
I had Botox, as I do twice yearly, at Skin Vitality. My nurse always makes the treatment as quick & painless as possible. I recommend the Richmond Hill Clinic.

Honest people, great work
They do a good job, and it’s local so I don’t have to drive to Toronto anymore. Easy to communicate with and make appointments that fit my schedule.

Very disappointed with my experience…
Very disappointed with my experience here. I did CoolSculpting and saw no noticeable results, and my Botox also did not turn out well. I felt like my concerns were not taken seriously, and the customer service was disappointing. Definitely not worth the money in my experience.
