Misleading information and no help
Further to my query regarding my incomplete order received with no free 15ml product as shown & ordered by me in their site , their response is mere “ that is what you ordered ! “
This is unacceptable as I know I ordered the option of the offer which funny enough is exactly same in price as the product on its own ???? Why would you put up such a thing on your site ? Why would anyone order the product on its own for same price as the product offer with free 15ml ? Very misleading and most odd ! As they will do nothing for me I have only pointed this out and hopefully they can at least rectify their site so others cannot be misled like this . I have been their customer in the past but this experience has been most disappointing for me.

Thank you for your response. I’m pleased to confirm that I received the product in perfect condition. My only frustration was the lack of tracking updates, which made it difficult to monitor the delivery progress. Despite this, I’m impressed with the overall service and look forward to making more purchases in the future. Thank you for your support!

I needed to buy my face wash
I needed to buy my face wash, there was a good deal on so I bought two, also a few other bits, delivery time good as well highly recommend, got a free sample to which I haven’t tried yet but will soon
