Quick delivery, No free sample that they asked to choose from a long list
Shipping was quick but they didn’t include the one free sample they asked me to choose from a long list before checkout. I wouldn’t mind if there’s no freebie but asking the customer to choose one and even including it in the receipt?? Naaahh.

Bought numerous skin products. None of the product ingredients list matches the ingredients list on the official skin care distributor for each products. One product I would say oh maybe the company changed the formulation but not three different products.

Excellent customer service
The best customer service I've ever dealt with.
I had a small issue with my purchase upon arrival. My email was replied to within minutes and a solution provided. A replacement was sent out that day and was with me the following day. Such brilliant service. Would definitely recommend and will be shopping on SkinShop.ie again myself in future.

Purchased this product from The Skin Shop recently. I love the cream, and apply it at night 15 minutes before then applying the Collagen Night Wrapping Mask, which I leave on overnight. My skin is literally glowing when I remove it in the morning. I highly recommend these 2 products.
