The customer service is excellent. The products are wonderful and mid range pricing when not on special but on special they are amazing. The products l use are from the Dragons Blood Range and l cannot fault it. I am 74 been using it for approximately 11 years and even after a stroke l am told that my skin is amazing for an old gal. I highly recommend the products to you all.

Up to this year, I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years. However, the company stopped sending me the subscription saying it's out of stock for nearly 2 months, and yet this product has been on sale on their website all this time and new customers are writing good feedback on their website. I have emailed the customer service and messaged them on Messenger multiple times, but there's never been any response from anyone. I have good reason to believe this company has changed ownership and its management has been appalling. Previously the company had a phone number and always responded to all enquiries promptly. But all this has stopped from the end of 2025. I will reconsider whether I will continue to use their products and I think everyone should take notice of this problem.

Haven't heard back about reestablishing lapsed automatic monthly order for skin physics wrinkle cream whilst in hospital with complications from knee replacement

l have used your products way before the name change that must be well over 16yrs, l would never put anything else on my face or neck.

I've found my new skincare essential! The Dragons Blood range has made a visible difference—my skin is so much more hydrated and feels amazing. It's a luxurious experience for a very reasonable price. I'm completely converted

I have been trying to contact the company since Monday24 November and leaving two messages a day.

I have been buying their product for at least 20 years and always by making contact by phone I do not like buying over the internet. I Learnt this week Sam has left the company such a pity I always received good customer service.
I would like to order my products while it is on sale. They obviously do not want my business.

I hope to hear from them no later than Friday 28 November.

I love the product, I have used it before and had moved off to some other brands but using it again reminded me of how much I used to like it.
Although my getting in touch this time was purely a customer service issue and many thanks for your great help.

Very affordable And effective products

I really like the products from Skin Physics. They seem to base their ingredients on science, which isn't overly common in my experience. Their Polyglutamic Acid is an excellent product. It's super hydrating in numerous ways due to the combination of both Polyglutamic and Hyularonic acids which work together for deep hydration. Very high quality!

Amazing arrives earlier than you think and the products are amazing always get compliments on my skin love you guys

Amazing products, beautiful packaging, fast delivery. Only possible improvement would be to put the Dragon's Blood 3-in-1 cleanser in a pump dispenser.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I'm a regular customer but have had a delivery issue with my latest order. In the past week I've made about 7 phone calls and sent three emails to their customer service but absolutely no response from them. Extremely disappointed as I've enjoyed using their products.
