I had a discrepancy with my rewards and used the online chat, everything was sorted within around 5 minutes.
I have been using skin pharmacy for a few years and have never had any issues, there customer service is amazing and my goods are always delivered within 1-2, I would highly recommended Skin pharmacy.

Lied About Dispatch – Misleading and Unprofessional Service

I placed an order with Skin Pharmacy on 11th October and paid for Royal Mail Tracked 24. I was told on the phone that orders placed before 2 PM are dispatched the same day, as they operate 7 days a week — that was false.

Customer service later claimed and lied that my parcel was sent on Monday, 13th October, yet Royal Mail’s tracking shows it was only registered electronically on Tuesday, 14th October, meaning it was never actually handed to Royal Mail at that time.

After sending screenshots proving this, I was ignored completely. I paid for a premium service but received delays, inaccurate information, lies and poor communication.

A very disappointing and misleading experience — I won’t be ordering from Skin Pharmacy/liers again.

Your order was delivered within the requested delivery window of 3 working days, We do offer same and next day delivery if you need your products urgently, it seems that you opted for Royal Mail’s tracked service which aims to complete deliveries within 3 working days as highlighted at checkout. We reviewed your emails and the team responded to every request promptly to keep you updated on your parcel’s progress and informed that the parcel will be delivered by Thursday the 16th and the parcel was successfully delivered at 13:29pm on Thursday the 16th October as promised.

The terms of the subscription service are clearly highlighted on the website, this service is in place to ensure you never run out of your favourite products, we would not recommend using the subscription service if you're trying out new products. The team also extended an invitation for a consultation to help advise on the most suitable alternative at your convenience

Skin pharmacy is highly recommended

My first order with skin pharmacy came well packaged. Customer service was great. I requested same day delivery which Mo made happen! Lovely free gifts were added. Second order was slow but resolved quickly when I made contact. Third order had been tampered with by the delivery company with items missing. These items were promptly resent. Products are good quality and originals. Customer service is spot on! Delivery company may need to be changed. In the round, great service and I highly recommend SkinPharmacy. Thanks again Mo!

Excellent product range and customer service

I’ve been using the Skin Pharmacy services for over a year and not only am I impressed by the range of products, but I’m always equally impressed by the customer service. I recently encountered an issue with a product, which the Skin Pharmacy team handled professionally and efficiently - it’s been my go-to place for medical grade skin care and I would highly recommend for anyone looking for effective products and excellent service!

Delete Your Review or No Refund – My Experience with Skin Pharmacy” “Proof of Return Ignored, Refund Refused”

I wish there were an option to give a rating below one star. This is already my second review of Skin Pharmacy this month. Despite asking them not to send the parcel, the order was still dispatched and the money taken from my account. I returned the parcel at my own expense, and I even provided proof of delivery from Evri, including a photo showing it was received. Yet, they continue to deny having received the return.

Instead of processing my refund, I’ve been receiving repeated emails asking me to delete my honest (negative) review on Trustpilot. It’s very concerning that they appear to be withholding my money simply because I shared my experience publicly. I have already sent them the delivery proof dated 8th September, but every time I request my refund, I receive the same response, which feels like blackmail:

“Thank you for your email, I flagged this up with the team as requested. As previously discussed, please update us once you've had a chance to remove the negative review so we can expedite this for you.”

Very professional customer service

When I fist ordered from Skin Pharmacy, I subscribed for some products, and this because there was a discount for the auto replenish. Doing that I didn't realised that some products will finish sooner then the others, so I still have to order them in between. At some point I end up piling some of the products so I email the skin pharmacy team, I explained them the situation and I asked them to postpone some of the products from my last order and to cancel the subscription, if possible. Even if the policy states you need to complete 3 cycles before you postpone it or cancel it, they understood my situation and they granted me a postpone of the products I requested and to cancel my subscriptions in advance. For the products postponed they generated a store credit so next time I can use it against my new order.
Thank you Skin Pharmacy Team for being so kind and understanding. I will confidently get in touch with you if I have any issues in the future, assured that there is always someone who is happy to listen and help in a very sensible manner.

Exceptional Service & Results Every Time!

I’ve been ordering from Skin Pharmacy for a while now, and they’ve never let me down. Their product range is fantastic, and delivery is always super quick. What really stands out is the customer service, friendly, helpful, and genuinely knowledgeable about skincare.

Ive noticed real improvements in my skin thanks to their recommendations, and I wouldn’t shop anywhere else for my skincare essentials.

I ordered a skin serum and the day…

I ordered a skin serum and the day after saw they had a kit with the same serum in with other items for not much more money. Before I ordered the kit I asked if I could return the skin serum for a refund before I ordered the kit and was told yes. I ordered the kit and when I received the serum I emailed to get a return address and was told it would be store credit only.i am now invested in two products when I wanted one and this has now put me over budget for the month in regards to spending. Really not impressed I don’t want credit. If an item is unopened even down to the box it should be refunded as per trading standards

We’re sorry to hear that you left us a negative review. I can see that you placed 2 order with us in March and June 2025, both orders were successfully delivered within sechduled delivery window. As advised by the customer support team, due to the nature of the medical grade products we stock, we are not able to refund any products that have already left us, as highlighted on our website’s refund policy. We cannot guarantee how products are stored etc outside of our facilities, so any product returned back to us is no longer eligible for resale. The Team offered to either generate store credit for the full amount or cancel your third order and refund prior to dispatch. I can see you opted for the order to be cancelled, your request was actioned and refund processed within 15mins of your request and email confirmation sent over.

Lovely company

Lovely company. Received my Zo skin products and they are amazing. Only thing is delivery could have been quicker , it took few days to come. But love the reward system.

Excellent company with a broad selection of all my favourite skincare brands in one place. They have done the research and also provide very professional advice on products and alternatives when I wanted to change my vitamin C serum. Really cannot recommend them more highly.
