Have been using this in my morning…
Have been using this in my morning coffee for an added nutrition boost. Helps to keep me full until around 1 when I normally am starving at 11. Easy to mix and tastes decent.

MUSHROOMS AND MCT OIL - MUST TRY
I have some medical conditions that I could sleep 24/7 if I could. So i thought product could help me and help me it did!!! It increased my ENERGY, my METABOLISM, my MOOD, and my COGNITIVE abilities. After about 1-2 weeks of putting this powder into a smoothie I was not staying in bed all day and felt like a human again. This is when MY depression started lifting! My IMMUNITY has improved off the charts. All those around me are sick and I have stayed HEALTHY. It regulates my BLOOD SUGAR so I don’t have those periods during the day that I feel I have to lay down, It is also a great ANTIOXIDANT which affects your beauty inside and out. Lastly it has done wonders for my digestion system. Before taking this I was having many GI PROBLEMS.
This product has turned my life around. People should trust natural products more than they do. I would rather take an organic product to help with multiple problems than to take all medications that have so many side effects.

Honest review
Loved it, I took the mushroom MCT oil to assist me with focus during work and working out. I have seen the difference. I have better clarity when making decisions and all around feel better. I would recommend this product for sure.
