My first session was good, and I could clearly see a positive difference in my skin afterwards. I was advised to return for a second session in three weeks .
Unfortunately, my second session was a completely different experience. Unlike the first treatment, there was no redness, no pinpoint bleeding, and no noticeable skin reaction like dryness or skin peeling what is normal after micro needling and what I had experienced after first session . The day after the procedure, I was able to go out as normal and nobody noticed any redness or signs of treatment. The only effect I experienced was some swelling around my cheekbones and under my eyes.

After my first session, I had redness, pinpoint bleeding, dry and flaky skin, and noticeable peeling during the healing process, which made me feel that the treatment had been effective. None of these effects occurred after the second session, and I have not seen the same results.

I cannot say for certain what caused the difference, but it felt as though the second treatment may not have been performed at the same depth or intensity as the first. This is only my personal impression based on the very different outcomes.

Overall, I am disappointed with the second session and do not feel it provided value for money compared with the first treatment.
The first session also resulted in white pigmentation marks, and despite it being over a month since the treatment, they are still present and have not faded.

The staff here are super friendly, knowledgeable, passionate about what they do and always happy to share their expertise. When they make recommendations, it’s based on what they know works and what’s best for you - they’re not pushing you to buy or recommending things you don’t need. The premises are lovely and welcoming, with top-of-the-range products and equipment. Highly recommend!

Trying to return as the product doesn't work. The returns address is in Hong Kong so they said to return would be £33 absolutely disgusting. Shocking service please avoid SCAM!!

I’ve been going to this clinic for hydrafacials and microneedling and I’m always happy with the results. The clinic is spotless, the staff are professional and great at what they do. A big thank you to Goli and Parisa for making every visit so pleasant.

Best aesthetic Clinic! In a very beautiful venue. Kind and professional team with expert advice and latest technology machines. I had a hydrafacial and the Temp Sure skin tightening treatment that uses radiofrequency by Parisa. The results are stunning. I can’t wait for my next treatment!

I had my first session of laser yesterday and I was so impressed and happy with the consultant (Parisa) she was so knowledgable and confident which made me feel comfortable with my laser session. So reasonably priced as well. Looking forward to my next appointment with Parisa :)

I have been to many clinics in London and this is by far the best one. Their customer services is absolutely amazing and all procedures I have done there has excessed all expectations. I can't wait for my next appointment
