Moved to this company a few months ago
Moved to this company a few months ago, No issues. The transfer over to Skin & Shape was very easy a quick video call to confirm details. An pen was sent out with 24 hours. An a monthly reminder email to make sure you don't forget to reorder, are you don't fall behind on you're week dose. Very happy with my progress.

Affordable and great service with real…
Affordable and great service with real human professionals. I was with Zohra, I was happy that I could actually communicate with a human professional and helped me through with my questions and concerns. Also, she was available until very late night so I could get the medications very quickly. Loved the process and even small details like eco friendly recycled packaging .

I couldn't be happier with the service I've received from Skin & Shape. Their customer service is outstanding every query or concern I've had has been dealt with promptly, professionally, and with genuine care. Pharmacists that care about their customers
I found out about this company via a live stream on TikTok. I was able to ask any questions I needed answered before I decided to have an assessment and start my journey. Both women I’ve spoken to where very kind and easy to talk to which is a huge part of why I choose this company. They value their customers. I had a video call assessment which was very simple and I didn’t have to the leave the house. My order was posted out to me, sadly royalties mail misplaced it but this company did there investigation quickly and got me sorted. I’m still early on in my journey but hopefully the results will speak for themselves.
