Ordered a skincare item
During a Black Friday sale. Their shipping policy says they ship within 3-5 days, however, it is now December 8, and I just received a notification that I was refunded. No separate email with any details as to why my order wasn’t fulfilled, and was refunded instead. Also, it was marked as “shipped” with USPS reporting “awaiting item”. So you’re telling me you created a label, then canceled and refunded my order, and went weeks without any correspondence or details? NOT OKAY. Total scam and terrible customer service.

Zero customer service skills. They do not reply to emails. Very unprofessional.

Only gave one star in order to post review. I can't write a scathing enough review about Skinglow. I paid for express shipping (2-5 business days) plus shipping protection for an extra $3. Complete waste of money that was!! 6+ weeks later package was delivered & left outside in my metal mailbox in 42°C heat where it stayed, cooked & spoiled for 3hrs until I came home from work to retrieve it. As the product is 5 collagen sheet masks, the product had totally spoiled & was really hot to touch with the serum in the mask packs well above the 30°C storage advice on the packaging. So WHY DID I PAY $3 EXTRA FOR SHIPPING PROTECTION WHEN THEY DELIVER THE PARCEL TO A ROASTING HOT MAILBOX?!! WHAT IS SKINGLOW DOING DELIVERING SKINCARE & COSMETICS THIS WAY AT THE HOTTEST TIME OF DAY IN SUMMER?!! My carrier cannot be blamed if delivery instructions from the seller aren't what I paid for and my local carrier is very reliable, so this is all squarely on Skinglo's shoulders. In all my years of buying skincare & cosmetics online, never before have these packages been left in loose, uninsulated shipping envelopes in my mailbox, but always delivered in a box to my door. This alone tells me that Skinglo is not in business for the right reasons.

So then the not so merry-go-round with the AI customer service began. After explaining all of the above and requesting a refund I was informed over & over that I had to return product for a refund, despite me telling them over & over that product was spoiled and not fit for resale. All this was repeatedly responded to with "We're so sorry to hear that" platitudes and an overseas return address for freight at my cost. AI bot totally ignored the delivery issue and did not acknowledge that the product was ruined because these stupid bots stick to a script that repeats endlessly in circles. They don't and can't deviate from a pool of standard responses/platitudes so you just go round and round wondering if they've even fully read what you've sent them. At one point Emma (the bots name - no human can be that dumb & illogical!!) told me the only way they would refund was for me to send a video explaining all this with pictures. In response I said the video was a ridiculous request and attached photos to illustrate that the mask packaging delivered was different to what was pictured in the ad, but flatly refused to do a video. At this point after many enraging emails back & forth & getting nowhere I accepted the financial loss & told "Emma" that both Skinglow and Skinglo.co (there are probably more variations of the brand name out there) would be getting the most damning reviews I can post on whatever & however many scam watch sites I can find. So here we are...

A dead give-away is they have multiple sites with slight differences in the brand name Skin-glow.co (e.g. Skinglo.co). The brand names are too similar to be coincidental and they sell exactly the same crappy products - so how dodgy is that?! They are also aggressive in their attempts to trick you into clicking on the more expensive option (this is especially noticeable with single purchases) with jumping/moving screens popping up that easily cause people to mistakenly click on the wrong option & then they've got you in a recurring billing cycle that auto debits your bank account every month. It's all evil & deceptive. Boy what a scam!!

This is scam. They sell cheap Chinese products, Not the original!! Don't throw your Money!!!!!

I have just noticed that 46 euo has been taken from my account by Skinglowbar.co. I have never heard of them nor signed up for membership. I have just spent half an hour in a chat room with them and they say another 46 euro 'top up' and 9.99 euro is also being taken and is non refundable. They are thieves and fraudsters. I will be taking the matter further

The worst company. Absolutely scam you never send product then don't respond to emails, call or message.

this company is a scam online fraud check your bank account my partner never heard of them never got any product just started taking money from her accout no idea how they even got detail are reporting to POLICE FRAUD TEAM.

I never got any product and recieved a call the date I listed telling me that I owed them from Jan.2023, the card number on file unfortunately was a card that got frauded around that same time. Needless to say I didn't have the card when I explained im not paying for what I've not recieved and don't have a clue who they even are, wow. So they told me if I want to stop my subscription I had to pay $85 otherwise they couldn't stop the subcribtion. They wouldn't listen tried to tell me the had proof I got it basically called me a lier. That there proof was a recording this was my first time even hearing from them ever then said my mailman. Like I said my card was frauded at that same time frame. Glad my bank caught it. Wouldn't surprise me if it was them. Now they keep harassing me so ive had to get a lawyer and we had a suite getting started against them.

I took the trail offer. The fact that is is recurring was not clear to me. Now I have to get my bank on a 3 way call with them. I did not take the name of the person I cancelled with. My mistake. Too trusting.

I back out of the order but it still got placed. You have to call to cancel your recurring order. Initially it stated 4.95 cents for this product but charged 129.87 to my bank that is none refundable. I feel scammed that they did tell the full price of the product at your initial order.

SCAM company. I ordered one product and then it endlessly wanted me to add on more. I cancelled it all and then immediately got fraud alerts from my credit card company for additional orders they were charging to me, even after I got texts from them to finish my order. I called customer service to confirm all was cancelled. I did NOT subscribe to continuing orders and they charged me again two weeks later. Again, my credit card caught it and declined the charge. Do NOT order from them

This company is a scam. They send you the product even you did not finish the order. And more are supposed to come, if I did not cancel the account in time. This is what happened: I believed their ads saying that a woman is like 10 yrs. younger, in only like a few months, that her passport picture looks very much older, so she was detained at the Singapore airport. That her daughter developed the product for her. You can have a sample free, if you only pay shipping, so I start ordering, but the website will not let you check out, it keeps on adding more products one at a time you want to check out, like there is no end. So I abandoned the order. Later they send me message telling me to finish the order. i did not and I answer STOP to opt out. The next day a package arrived with two products in it , I checked my credit card account, I was charge $7.00 + and a $6+ shipping and handling for the 2 even they come in one little envelope. I checked the ads again, it comes with so many products name like Revita Nu, Bioderme, Skinglow.
Do not order at all. You might be a victim of their scam.

I've only used it 2 weeks. Not sure if it works like they say. Just make sure you read the fine print. They take a large amount of moey out of your account. And due to the agreement, what has already been processed cannot be refunded. There is a phone number in the confirmation email. I got ahold of some one right away and they cancelled future orders with no problem.

Complete scam. Horrible people. Do not fall for their emails or crap product.

Ordered a pore cleanser for a Xmas present for my mum, Hermes advised they could not locate the parcel so the details were sent to SkinGlow, I was advised I would get a refund and now they are ignoring me, 6 emails later im still waiting. No phone number to call so its clearly all a scam!
Do not order from here!!

I got my refund after threatening legal advice, they claimed to have not receive my emails (through numerous ways and portals)

Absolute shocking customer service, ordered the pore vacuum and it’s been about 5 months now with no product being delivered, have sent multiple emails and messaged on Instagram and Facebook but the messages and posts just get deleted, scammers is a light word for this company, I guarantee the good reviews are written by their own staff, do no I repeat do not order anything from this company
