I understand that it was a "mileage" ticket, but American Airlines at Narita Airport had a BIG problem because my daughter's name did not match the owner of the miles. American at Narita would not honor the ticket and we had to buy a new one from the airline in economy.

They almost called the police on her.

It was a great experience. Everything went very smoothly. All mt questions were answered. Samuel Smith helped me every step of the way. Will always do business with them.

The total I paid for my trip was $800 less than I found on my own, but it was more than I was originally quoted by Skies are Business. Also, the amount of back-and-forth phone calls with my agent was more than I was expecting.

Good prices on initial flights. Changes after booking may not be at such a good price. Kate is great help! Great communication! Help at practicing and comparing options. I highly recommend!

Jonny was very help and made sure I got the flight I needed

First of all when we were waiting in the que fast track lane whereas we booked for if we didn’t approach the lady whose assisting the visitors she won’t let us put on priority. Secondly, when we approached the deck in VIP lane I asked that I wanted to take picture on the other side of the deck instead from the VIP side whereas lead to there to proceed. However, the time we wanted to take our time to take photo with family we’ve been told to go back to VIP fast lane because we paid for that view even though I asked politely to took the other side the lady agreed. But then the young man interrupted that said we have to go back insist and embarrass argue in front of other visitors. Telling and to command to go back but we insist to stay and they just push the button and start the timer. We didn’t even had a good family photo together on the deck. Very awful experienced!
