All I can say is that the dream bass I had in mind is finally in my hands! Perfection in all terms in the build quality, materials and attention to details.
As my first ever custom build, I’m thankful for Jarek for the amazing customer service, very transparent, flexible and helpful with all the details that I had in mind and he gave perfect recommendations for the items I was not sure about.
Thanks for the team that made this bass come true, the craftsmanship for the work done for the frets, custom inlay, paint and finish is flawless. One thing that stood out for me is the neck shape/profile it is extremely comfortable and you don’t feel any restrictions while playing. I can describe it as an asymmetric curve, more round on the bass side and flatter on the treble side.
Once the bass was completed the shipping was very quick through FedEx, packing was perfect and it arrives safely without any single scratches on the bass and the Hardcase.

I bought a Shoggie SH3 guitar from Skervesen - a headless guitar, that was in stock. It’s my first guitar from a custom guitar builder. Since I’m far away of being a professional musician, I wondered whether it was worth to invest in such an instrument, but now, that I play it, I can say: Yet, it absolutely is! It’s a very beautiful guitar, impeccably built, with a wonderful neck (best I’ve ever played), it’s very light (good for my back!), the balance is perfect. The contact with Skervesen was very friendly and responsive. It took a bit more than a week from the first contact to the delivery. I’m very happy, and if you’re looking for a »lifetime« guitar, I highly recommend to check out Skervesen.

Posiadam obecnie 2 instrumenty wykonane przez Skervesen, gitarę Raptor 8 i bas Bronto 6. Obie gitary są absolutnie fenomenalne, zarówno pod kątem wygody grania, jakości wykonania i wrażeń estetycznych. Widać dbałość o najmniejsze detale i masę pracy włożoną w projekt i w wykonanie. Dużym plusem jest na pewno możliwość customizacji instrumentów, nie było praktycznie żadnych problemów z moimi dziwnymi wymaganiami, a było ich całkiem sporo, np. nietypowa konfiguracja elektroniki i barwiona podstrunnica. Ekipa potrafi doradzić i jest bardzo kontaktowa. Podczas budowy instrumentów dostawałem zdjęcia materiałów oraz widziałem namacalnie postęp prac. Jedynym mankamentem jest termin realizacji. W obu przypadkach termin realizacji był dłuższy od zakładanego początkowo, natomiast moje zamówienia były nietypowe, a instrumenty są absolutnie najwyższej klasy, więc nie mam żadnych większych zarzutów. Polecam Skervesen i bardzo chętnie sam jeszcze coś zamówię.

To już moje drugie zamówienie w Skervesen, nie bez powodu drugie właśnie tu. Świetna, polska, rzemieślnicza robota. Kontakt, jakość i niepowtarzalność wykonanych insrumentów. Polecam gorąco!

I just received my third Skervesen and I’m already thinking about a 4th one in the future! The amount of attention to detail, quality and overall perfect feel of their guitars really shows in each instrument. From the start of my process with Skervesen, Jarek was available to provide input on specs, and patient with questions I had about the brand's tendencies in playability and sound. The build took even less time than advertised and the Raptor 7 plays like a dream!

This is my second guitar from Skervesen, and they have been awesome from the moment I first contact them about building it until the moment I get the instrument.

The build quality is impeccable, great attention to detail and they acomodated every request I had both times. I will never buy any other boutique brands except for Skervesen Guitars :)

Po pierwszej rozmowie z Jarkiem widziałem że mogę mu zaufać i rozpoczęła się praca nad moją piękną pierwszą i na pewno nie ostatnią gitarą skervesen raptor 6. Gitara zrobiona pod moje preferencje. Wykonanie top, kontakt super. Szczerze polecam.

O Skervesen dowiedziałem się dwa lata temu. Chciałem mieć wykonaną indywidualną gitarę basową. Skervesen wykonał dla mnie na zamówienie bas bezprogowy 6 strunowy model B-Shoggie i jestem naprawdę zachwycony pod względem jakości wykonania instrumentu jak i jego brzmienia. Received my guitar, a custom idea I had, spinned off a famous manufacturer model. I waited 1 year and 2 months for the build.

This guitar is absolutely beautiful. It looks so pristine and clean. It's superb. The neck is the easiest and smoothest I ever played, had no idea that a neck can be that great. Oh my goodness.

The smoothness of the bends playable on this neck cannot be described in words. I mean intuitively I knew that a custom build would be pretty nice, but had really no idea how great it would end up being.

Jarek and his team delivered in every way they possibly could have and even further! I was only able to communicate with Jarek once a day as I live on the other side of the world, but he was always open to discussion and gave me all of the information I requested.

And, oh my god, the guitar. I genuinely giggled like a child for about 20 minutes when I opened the case and started playing it. I still do. I had expectations and Jarek and the Skervesen team smashed them! This guitar has been a dream of mine to own for about 10 years now and it's somehow better than everything I imagined for those 10 years. I would absolutely order another guitar from Skervesen in a heartbeat and would tell anyone thinking about buying one to do it IMMEDIATELY!

I’m extremely happy with this guitar. The craftsmanship is outstanding — every detail is executed perfectly, from the finish to the overall build quality. It looks absolutely stunning in person.

The playability is excellent, very comfortable and well-balanced, and the tone is exactly what I was hoping for: clear, powerful, and inspiring. You can really feel the care and experience that went into building it.

The communication throughout the process was also very professional and friendly. Even though custom builds take time, it was absolutely worth the wait.

Purchased a Raptor Multiscale. I own an Aristides H/08 and a ESP E-II Eclipse, and this Skervesen may be the best playing of the bunch. It's incredibly well made, intonation is perfect, and the lundgren pickups are beast mode for passive. My only con is that I don't have $ for a 7 string! Incredible guitar, I honestly can't wait to get my hands on another one!

Całe doświadczenie to była czysta przyjemność, ekipa Skervesen z szefem Jarkiem na czele doradziła mi w sprawie wszelkich wątpliwości, a nawet oprowadzili mnie po warsztacie, omawiając kolejne etapy produkcji. Na każdym kroku widać zaangażowanie i wiedzę chłopaków, instrument jest dopracowany w każdym szczególe i wyróżnia się nawet spośród gitar innych producentów segmentu "premium/custom shop". Gryf ma idealną grubość i kształt, akcja strun jest tak niska że ciężko wsadzić kartke papieru a i tak nic nie brzęczy, a do tego progi które są obrobione nieskazitelnie.

Kupiłem w Skervesen gitarę RAPTOR 6 PAU FERRO i jestem absolutnie zachwycony. Instrument jest niesamowicie wygodny, perfekcyjnie ustawiony pode mnie i wykonany z największą starannością — widać, że każdy detal został dopracowany.

Kontakt z firmą przebiegał bez najmniejszych problemów. Zero naciągania, zero zbędnego marketingu — po prostu czysty profesjonalizm od początku do końca. Skervesen udowadniają, że potrafią słuchać muzyków i doskonale wiedzą, jak dostarczyć instrument najwyższej klasy.

Zdecydowanie polecam!

At the beginning, I was a bit scared to buy a guitar abroad... Then the making of the guitar took time (more than one year), but Skervesen announced it.
Then I saw first picture of the wood body, the neck ... And at the end, the guitar arrived !!
It's very high quality guitar, all the specs were followed by Skervesen. I have since 10 month now and the sound is insane, the guitar quality is awesome.
I would recommend it if you have a crush on one of their guitar. (Sorry this will increase the wait time to get a guitar 🤣)

Investing in a hi-end custom instrument can be intimidating for an amateur musician. I asked myself numerous times if it's worth to spend that kind of money just on a passion - I don't make a living out of music, and I'll never be able to use the guitar to its full potential, that's the fact.
The point is, that doesn't matter.
What matters is that the immaculate build quality, the ergonomics, comfort of playing, tuning stability, great intonation, smart little construction details, low string action etc., DO help to achieve better end results. They add a few extra % that make you play easier, faster, cleaner and more relaxed, no matter how advanced you are.
I admit I had super high expectations but the work of art I received (Chimera in my case) simply blew me away. It was frankly shocking how much attack and aggression a guitar can have, and this particular instrument has vintage, lower-output pickups (!).
It's a joy to play, it fuels my creativity, it's very versatile with broad palette of sounds thanks to the brilliant WDM, and it looks stunning.
The whole consultation process went smoothly. Guys in Skervesen are obviously very experienced and can help and suggest solutions for a client who doesn't know exactly how each tonewood combination and pickup model will affect the sound. The team is very responsive and it's enough to send them a quick email to receive updates and photos from the assembly line. Plus, there is an option of monthly payment so it's not that big of a shock for a home budget.

Skervesen guitars es todo lo que se te pueda ocurrir si eres un amante de la guitarra y quieres un instrumento a tu medida, por un precio razonable dentro de los estándares europeos, con el máximo cuidado de detalles, atención personalizada, y un caracter propio de una empresa de guitarras custom y semicustom con mucha personalidad propia.

Recientemente he adquirido mi tercera skervesen. Tengo una Raptor ocho cuerdas que es una autentica máquina de guerra metal y dos Raptor seis que uso a diario en distintas afinaciones y para distintos proyectos de diversa versatilidad.

Tengo otras guitarras de otras marcas polacas y ninguna exhibe la atención al detalle, el cuidado de los componentes, y en general, el amor por el arte de crear guitarras que exuda cada instrumento elaborado por Skervesen. Una vez empiezas a tocar sus guitarras, no quieres pasar tiempo con otros instrumentos debido a la enorme comodidad y al potente sonido que emana de estos instrumentos, que incluso desenchufados se caracterizan por su enorme sonoridad.

En cuanto a la atención al cliente, he tenido algún malentendido, supongo que por diferencias lingüísticas pero todo ha acabado resolviéndose con celeridad y diligencia. Hay que destacar los esfuerzos del líder del proyecto, Jarek, que es un profesional de gran carácter pero comprensivo, honesto, amable y amante de su trabajo.

I'm on my 4th Skervesen and couldn't be happier. Fit and finish are stellar, the woods used stunning and most importantly they are great instruments. Jarek is a pleasure to deal with, communication is speedy and, really important, he'll tell you when an idea might not be a great one (for instance when pickups might not be a great match for the rest of the specs).

Ultimately, ordering something custom is a gamble, you're buying something sight unseen and with a guitar you are taking a risk. But they have yet to disappoint me even once. They connect to my musical soul to the point the only guitars I own that aren't Skervs are a CS Fender Strat & Tele.

I'm absolutely convinced I'll get another and I can't recommend them enough.
